It still drives perfect though, no missing no nothing. its spot on. just smoking a lot, when i changed the oil 4.5 litres came out. thats pretty much what i put in 600 miles ago, barr the oil filter.

I give in, i changed the oil again last night back to 5w30, reseated the plugs in 5-6, was fine on idle for about 15 mins, then started smoking bad again. Booked in with sly for the weekend!

about 2-3 weeks ago i did cats. realised the smoke last wednesday after changing the plugs and oil. theres no powerloss at all. cars actually pulling great. i need to take it to sly or something but i just dont have time nor can i be without a car for while. getting me down now. Had a @*!# night friday with the car after some drunk youths ran across my car denting the bonnet and roof. someone kicked my door last monday and thats dented now too. everythings just going wrong. fml.

ok so ive redone the leaky plug. ive changed the oil to 5 30.. wooo its still smoking like a rocket any ideas? wales is approaching!!

For now i've used a normal split pin lol and bent it round!

I heard if i drop the oil, and attach the jetwash to the dipstick hole and blast it through that might help clean the engine a bit

Make sure you get the thicker ones like the brembo, such a coincidence but mine fell out last wednesday! and the pin/rod that holds in the pads was half hanging out!! and i previously used an RC car one which was thinner than the standard one so can only assume thats how it fell out!

you'll get reasonable for that price! i paid 5k for mine with high miles. Where in essex are you bud? theres a good group of us east london/essex/chelmsford who all get together quite a bit!
