  1. Hello and welcome along! Love your GTR, looks so cool Post some pics when you get your Amuse kit
  2. Lovely looking cars! Nice pics
  3. My last car was a FN2 Civic Type R. Looked at trade values for the car and wanted to see if I could get more for it so sold it private. Have to admit that it took me a little while to sell, it was just before and over Christmas time though. I listed it on Auto Trader which was a bit of a waste of time and money and only had nuisance messages from there. Then I put it on Pistonheads and had more interest and eventually sold it to a guy who had seen it on there. He was the only one to view it and bought it right away. I ended up knocking a few hundred off the asking price but I still got a better deal than part exchanging. At the end of the day it depends how much rush you're in. If you're patient you will get a good price and it will then be worth the cost of advertising and any hassle you may receive. How about taxing your Civic by direct debit for now so you don't have as much to pay out and list it somewhere quite cheap to see how it goes for a bit?
  4. I got my Zed from Kent Auto Panels and the guy told me to give it some beans. He drove it to the petrol station and had some fun with it and then I took over from there. He took me onto the motorway and then down some twisties and didn't mind me driving it how I wanted to. Depends on the sales person and the car I'd say.
  5. Wow looks spot one! Those wheels look great in that colour too Welcome along
  6. Nope I have wanted to lower it for a long time but I have problems as it is lol. I'll probably get my front bumper sorted first then see if the front bumper is any lower than it is now. Its the Nismo splitter that catches on slopes, wasn't as bad before I had that. Thanks for the comments
  7. Yes but will only be a small drop on Tein's I think. As for the front end I'm thinking either V2 with canards, Amuse or INGS +1
  8. It was a year today that I put my deposit down on my 350Z and I haven't looked back! Loved owning this car and I have to say its by far the most enjoyable car I have owned. Plus I love this forum and have met some good people along the way. Changed a bit since I got it... and now... Managed to do the following bits to the car... Enkei RPF1's (18x9.5J ET15 / 18x10.5J ET15) Titan Neo Chrome Nuts TS Nismo Style Front Splitter OEM Front Splash Guards Dark Smoke Rear Tints JDM Front Plate Carbon Z Emblem Side Decals Honda RDX Stubby Aerial cs2000's Full LED Bulb Kit Silvatec Chrome Indicator Bulbs Japspeed Y Pipe Cobra Decats HKS Super Hybrid Filter Ironhide Orange Slam Panel Nismo Neo Chrome Oil Cap Pioneer AVH-2400BT Headunit Razo Neo Chrome Gear Knob Peugeot RCZ Cargo Net Richbrook 350Z Tax Disk Holder 350Z-UK and DOMO Decals Wrapped Rear Strut Bar in Gloss Black Flip Key Mod I hope to get some more things done to the car this year including my next "big mod" which will be a new front bumper as I could do with a front end respray. Plus I may lower it on Teins along with some other little bits. Thanks for reading
  9. I'm not! Hate the snow, would mean I wouldn't get to drive my Zed in the morning I do, with my Nankang SV-2's :D It's the other drivers I'm more concerned about!!! I don't have far to walk to work so would rather do that if we get too much snow...although I would like to see how my car handles in the snow
  10. I'm not! Hate the snow, would mean I wouldn't get to drive my Zed in the morning
  11. Got it here now in Woodbridge, has it laid in Cambridge?
  12. Put your location up and a member may offer you a test drive in theirs, then you can get a feel for the car. I'd still want a test drive before agreeing to buy a car from a dealer though to make sure it drives as it should do.
  13. Wow love that interior, very nice! That carbon bonnet looks tasty too
  14. A better sounding exhaust is a must! Oh and keep the V6 please.
  15. My front end is the same, needs a respray although I can't resist going for a new bumper while I'm at it Getting the new style headlights is a great plan, will make the front end look much more up to date
  16. its like a mullet all smooth and business at the front and the party in the rear think it needs some aggression on the front to match Carbon hump bonnet, more aggressive bumper or canards. That would add some aggression
  17. Love a red one What else have you got planned?
  18. I just love this car, one of the best in the UK!
