I'm looking at a set of rims for sale with the following fitment: 18x9.5 ET10 front and rear Would these work? Thinking of getting either Eibach or Tein springs at some point. Any arch work required? Also any issues with Brembo clearance? Cheers!

Thanks mate! Ah cool, yes they are extremely reliable, I loved my FN2 to bits but wanted a change after owning it for 4 years. I too wanted something completely different and was a toss up between the 350Z and the S2000. TDi's boosted FN2 is amazing! *drool*

Thought I'd start a build thread for my Azure 350z GT. Picking her up this Tuesday and honestly cannot wait! I'm already thinking of mods I want to do. Hopefully i am not teaching you to suck eggs, but they are not chrome, they are polished ally, in some cases they will come bare which is a headache to look after but looks awesome and in most cases on cheaper wheels they will come lacquered which dulls the shine of polished ally but makes cleaning a lot easier. The other problem with lacquer is if you get a little chip the water gradually creeps under and you get the white worm effect like Jetset pictured. Jays solution is probably the best of both worlds, shiney and maintenance free. Although there are other methods, clear anodising works well and for my next set i am going to try a clear protective wrap to see what that looks like No I understand a lot of wheels that look chrome are in fact just polished alloy, probably should have used the word "polished" instead. Gonna have to get myself some of that Rim Wax!

Not too sure on green but thanks for the input Know what you mean on the gold, I prefer the whiteish gold best. That copper would look pretty nice I think!

The Zed can definitely pull off 20's but personally I'd go 18's or 19's for the cheaper tyres, and spend the extra on the rims. Those Konig's are amazing! Not to hijack the thread but how would chrome lips hold up if you were to get better quality wheels such as Konig, Volks etc?

They do look nice but you get what you pay for in quality! I got some cheapish wheels for my last car and the chrome lips corroded very quickly, wish I would have waited and got a better set.

Thinking of changing my wheels on my Azure Blue 350z, which colours would work best? Black, white, silver, bronze, gold or maybe even a wilder colour? Pics would be a bonus! I'm thinking maybe a gold or bronze to be different...

Hello everyone, my name is Paul Purchased my first 350Z yesterday and am looking forward to owning it and posting on these forums! I used to own a 2007 Civic Type R and wanted a change. Since I've always liked them thought the Zed would be a good replacement! I bought a 2006 (56) Azure Blue 350Z GT with 58,000 on the clock, picking it up Tuesday with a 2 hour drive home Any local owners about? I live near Ipswich, Suffolk. I'm thinking wheels, springs, exhaust and intake as my most important mods, any ideas from anyone?
