MidlandZ Club assemble

THANK YOU EVERYONE! for coming on our July Cotswolds breakfast meet. Brilliant turnout, way more than expected. Fair few cars I had never seen before either. Wonderful day out for the MidlandZ Club.

Lovely touches with the orange and new rear spoiler goes well too. What's next, oil catch can?

It's a measure if it goes ahead for the rich, no doubt insurance companies will be all over this when settling accident claims. It's a good thing having an extra measure in place, as it'll mean supercar rental companies will know their vehicles won't be so easily swapped among young middle eastern lads for a wedding.

Been a couple years since the last brake fluid change, so thought I'd incorporate braided lines to replace the near 20yr old rubber hoses. New track pads all round were also fitted. Had the Goodridge brake lines for years and years, never fitted as thought the job would be a complete ball ache hence getting it into the garage. All the OE brake flexi hoses came off without bother, nothing seized - unjustified anxiety. Underseal sanded off to reveal barely any corrosion. Pedal feel is noticeably more positive now, on to the pads. Old pads weren't worn out by any means however the entry level Mintex just aren't any good at high temps. The new items at least visually look alot more purposeful. Clutch fluid change also carried out while she was in the air, as surplus fluid.

Hoses on the catch can need to go the other way round. So from the PCV valve to the IN on the catch can. There's a baffle filter on the underside of the catch can lid for the outlet port, which you want to plumb to the plenum.

Happen to come across it on eBay. No idea I have a DE, not RevUp. Never seen one before and would appear some 350z have it fitted and some don't.
