On the nwp site the promo picture also I see a thermal tb spacer, however that's not mention in the plug n play uprated tb kit. Another thing worth mentioning is on the nwp before and after graph it shows a stock DE making peak power at 5250rpm, 1k sooner than the ukdm engine?

should see decent gains over standard with those mods prior to remap also

Most go with the 5/18, they all do the same job of increasing air flow/pulses to all cyclinders as the front two in standard form receive less due to design - good rated engine mod.

Ive had this happen a couple times recently, both times once the fault was acknowledged they sent out the correct item with a pre paid label for return.
