If they changed the clutch should have done the flywheel at the same time as it make sense.
You can get all the parts from clark motor sports and competitive price.
Buy the parts from Clark motor-sports and get it serviced independently that works out to be cheaper.

Did you have it sanded down to to bare metal and use bit of rust prevention stuff? (krust I think it is called)
I done that before on one of my previous cars that was good as new after that.
Maybe 350z being dual skinned there is no escape.
