I did the complete skid pan course at Brands, and its very good as it was part of the Racing School training for Graduation. No ice or snow training involved though ... Really want to do one of those skid pan courses. Look's like fun and educational.

Relocating the battery to the boot's a good idea. My mate has done that on his Impreza just to give him more room in the engine bay for his intercooler pipes but it's definitely a good idea if your worried about water issues with the bonnet vents.

Think you could get away with it on the Supra either way.
