  1. I'm so out of touch with that kind of thing since I became self employed (nearly 9years), as usual "Takers get the honey. Givers sing the blues". Don't tell me, your contract of employment now says you have to work the unsocial hours "as required"
  2. Adrian, I'm flattered that you think I am some kind of "foundation" of this community but I've only been here a little over a year and a bit, there are lots more people more worthy of that description and they do absolutely loads for this forum. And they've been here a lot lot longer too. All I do is post and nothing else
  3. How do they justify that? Count yourself lucky, where i work if you move up to management (staff level) you actually earn less than been an hourly paid shop floor worker! So staying hourly paid FTW.
  4. +1, going to try and adjust mine a bit this week, they are a bit too low for my liking but certainly don't want them shining on the ears of the guy in front, somebody posted a nice little guide for this not long ago, hopefully we'll get a nice dry evening later in the week
  5. Bumper off instructions are in the guide section. Supplied and fitted front and rear approx £250 to £280, not sure ref camera input on your car though, I'm sure someone will be along soon who knows better.
  6. Well as much as I hate to say this but if it stays like this it will be a relief for me personally as as I have a lot of Welsh friends that I used to play rugby with and on this form we would have lost to Wales in the semi, they would have been unbearable
  7. I'd love to think you're right
  8. Indeed, you can't argue with the "arrogance" of youth when you have the skill sets to go with it I agree, best team put forward in a long time. Best thing is the team are all young. The future looks very promising for Wales.
  9. Same old story I'm afraid, too many basic mistakes, too many penalties and wasted possession :thumbdown:EDIT England, obviously
  10. I have to say I wasn't surprised, there's something about them at the moment, a real togetherness and purpose about most things they do
  11. Quick bit of brekky and then it's "Come on England"
  12. Can't blame me on current form mate Totally agree with you about Youngs, I was really disappointed with his last game, he has to stop stepping before he passes!! It's schoolboy stuff Bloody typical, before they have even started the quarter final you are writing them off for the semi I do like to watch Welsh rugby as I think they play the game the way it should be. England always try to play a very structured game and for me Youngs is to slow to get the ball away. Well done Wales but "COME ON ENGLAND, SWING LOW"
  13. A bit like the England rugby team, not quite good enough this season unfortunately
  14. Mate, you are truly "off the wall", I love it, I'm sitting downstairs watching the Wales Ireland game with the TV turned right down however I have just laughed out loud so much
  15. What a start to a game of rugby, Wales are looking a real threat, and unlike England letting their pitch time do the talking. The difference is that even if England do beat France I can't see them, on current form, progressing any further. Wales and Ireland are playing with a much greater level of intensity and consistency
  16. Ridiculously strong alcohol?
  17. Oh well, that's google for you, it just made me smile that a supposed former president invented the Smiley
  18. So when are you moving into a 370? Hope the managerial thing doesn't get too tiresome Male waxing that's not right and it certainly won't complement your Denim look Hope your ankle is ok though
  19. How about we call him Ivan Iliescov!?? "Romanian Heroes Actually, the most important thing in Romania's history is its former president, Ivan Iliescov, who invented the smiley. As a recognition, almost all smilies are red, yellow or blue, the colours of Romania's national flag. So remember, whether it's red, yellow or blue, whether it's happy or sad, every smiley you see is an embodiment of Romania's former president."
