Selling my daily, 52 Reg 1.6 Octavia 101k drives nice, slightly tatty bodywork but no rust, service history until I bought the car I have since done it myself, genuine discs and pads fitted in May last year, new sump and oil Change in September last year. Full vrs interior, drives nice and pretty good on fuel 44mpg on a run. Jvc stereo with aux in. Mot due next month, will need anti roll bar bushes. Maf sensor is unplugged as it was playing up, car drives and starts fine without it. Mine only comes out when it's dry so I'm not out much in it lol

I need to get back on fallout, haven't played it for ages. Just about to infiltrate the institute but done mostly side missions. For some reason I kind of lost interest with it, done the same with 3 then went back and hammered it all the way through twice in a row

The only one I do is leaving it in 1st with the clutch in at lights. Need to stop doing it as much

Cheers guys, think I will stick with the zed, I'm probably just bored because I haven't used it since October with all this weather, I'll be alright in the summer when I can get it out again

Oh well in that case, definitely ditch the Octavia! Seen a few cars to tempt me, mainly an e class and an is200 for less than £1400

Main reason is i get bored of cars very quickly, there are so many that I like so I struggle to keep cars for long. I've had the zed for 2.5 years now so fancy a change. In my head I justify this by telling myself if i get a more practical car I can also get rid of my Octavia daily. Having read people's experiences though I may stick with the zed and upgrade the Octavia to relieve my thirst for a new car.

Id love an sti but if I had 9-10k I doubt I'd look at them to be honest, it would by an r32/33 gtr for that money

At the moment whatever I can get for my zed, I'm guessing around 6-6500

The only thing that's stopping me getting an sti is the price of them, I could get an r32/33 gtr (the other car I'm considering)for the price of a decent sti. The one I've found is 80k stock, 1 owner and fsh so should be looked after. I'm trying to arrange a test drive as I haven't even driven one yet so I might not be impressed with the drive.

I'm not surprised with all those old ferraris he has. They probably spend more time in the garage than on the road

My brother put this on his rs4 and it killed the throttle body £1000 for a new one!

If they have all cheated it shows that the emissions targets set my the eu are totally unachieveable. Modern diesels are so packed with emissions stuff j don't think I'd buy a used one without a warranty

I just buy my own parts and take it to a reputable local garage that just happens to specialise in Audi rs cars so he's pretty good. Most Nissan dealers nowadays probably don't even know what a z is seeing as Nissan just keep chucking out dross( gtr being the exception)
