If you find that the noise doesn't happen at low speeds when you are breaking then it will no doubt be the ball joint. I had my car in the air and couldn't get it to knock at all as its hard to see where the noise is coming from. If thats the case you can't replace the ball joint. So its a PM to the Clarks above ^ to sort you out

The paint colour will be correct. The car isn't exactly just out the factory so the paint will be faded. When I got my new bonnet they had to spray the front bumper and sides so they werent blending to 3 edges.

I wasnt meaning every man behind the ball. Spain and Barca have been found out by forwards pressing high up the park. Like I said I was impressed with Welbeck winning balls at the front. I do think England can do well at the euros. This came to quick for a young inexperienced side. I agree about Godin having a bad game and being lucky to stay on the park but he is a well regarded CB. It is a good point about defending from the front. I don't think Sterling, sturridge, Henderson are the worst for putting a tackle in but they could be better. Rooney isn't afraid to chase someone back to his own goal and I was impressed with Welbecks efforts off the ball.

Least the England chat will last longer than the England team Sorry England did get a really hard group but they are still teams they should be beating. You say how many of the USA team would get into the England squad, how many of the Uruguay would get into the England squad? Suarez and Godin, but I would have had Terry over Godin so I would say one player could get into the team.

Mine was properly bent in and think there was something lodged between it. Put the wheel into full lock and get your hand round the back of the disc. Or you could drive up to Neilp' in glasgow

Over my quiet periods in work I have been doing some research on other forums with regards to their perception of their own car and the 350z. Working in IT you can imagine I get a fair bit of time to do this Anyways, a lot of people give the forum "zed bashers" a bit of heat when they give the zed negative comments but over all I would say 95% of Zed community has a firm grip on the performance and quality of the car they drive. They aren't on a planet of their own thinking everything they pass must have been racing them. I had a look on all the sites you would imagine might pit themselves against the 350/370. ST owners, z4, Golf gti, clio and of course the VXR forum. I am astonished by the difference in the mind sets of the owners compared to ours. Just about everyone of them had the line,,,, I had a play with one,,,, always resulting in them leaving it for dead. One of the VXR owners said that the 350z are slow as his stage 3 easily leaves a stock zed....... I am glad we have a level headed forum like this one when people use acutal facts and general logic rather than going along with a day dream. Great day to have a imperfect 350z

The noise is 100% coming from the driver side front. its weird though as on a bigger round about i can increase and decrease the noise with the lock on the wheel which makes me think something is making contact with something. Although why it doesn't make contact at little to no speed

I thought it could be this but I can't see the dust shield, not much visability through my wheels. Is it quite tight behind the disc??

Arch liner is fine mate, no noise at low speed on no lock or full lock.

Maybe worth doing a trade on the parts with another sunset? swap your rear for theirs with cash your way?

It really doesn't sound like the disc or pads making contact at all. Would you maybe expect that to make the noise turning right or left? it sounds like a thin bit of metal being dragged along the ground.

Hi Guys, Got a weird noise when I am turning right and wanted to see if anyone could hazard a guess at what it could be. I park in a multi-story car park so when I head up the levels I am at full lock turning right at low speeds. Zero noise. The noise only occurs when I am going round a round about turning right. It is like a metal grinding noise and seems to only be at the right amount of lock. If I turn left at any lock I don't get any noise. Any idea ?

I would say England is a shadow of the team 8 years ago, that really was a good team.

Can you put up a option for team + manager + media? I didn't think England would get a point and it looks like it is going to happen. Both games England played well but as I said in the other thread they aren't in the same league as previous England teams. It wasn't a strong Italy side, far from it, and a 70% fit saurez although I do think the 2nd goal was against the run of play. I think the media are Englands biggest problem and I hope they don't slaughter any of the young players as they have ruined a few players before. I think the world cup came too soon for England but I think in 4 years with the same team you can look to at least making the 1/4.
