I don't see the problem with the insurance. From your other thread with regards to this, all the mods you declared = +£15 and an increase on your Excess. And you're paying close to £200 a year Bargain in my eyes.

Just please don't pay over the odds for De-cats..... Your cheapest option would be to go to a custom exhaust garage and get them to make you some up.

None of these are bolt on BHP. You only get BHP increase after a Re-Map. And even then you can't just say X = 5 BHP Y=7 BHP Every car is different for BHP gains. If it was me, I'd be explaining none of them give BHP increases untill a remap.

curious in the second hand market you can pick on up for 35k now other than a GTR what else would you have Never really looked at the price, It's just one of those cars I don't go thinking to my self, I'm going to save up until one day I can buy it etc. If I had 'Ex-amount of money' Think I'd rather a classic car over this and spend the extra cash on making it faster than the R8,

All depends on a lot of things buddy. You have wheel diameter which is the '20" ' which is the 275/30/20 Then you have the Width width of the wheel which is the 8/9/10J etc Then you have the offsets which determine where the wheel meets the hub. Can never remember of the top of my head, but I think a negative off set (I.e. -15) will bring the wheel closer the arches where as a wheel with a positive offset (i.e. +15) will leave a larger gap from the arches to the wheels. (Wont fill the arches as much) This could be vice versa. Point being to help you, we can once we have the Offsets and Widths we can tell you what you will need. Otherwise the question you just asked would be like asking what are the lottery numbers next week? Everyone's setups will be different depending on the numbers. Hope that helps.

This +1 If it was me I'd save the money on the HFC and either buy cheap set of De-Cats to test or Sell the Milltek and invest in a different exhaust, I feel you will be a bit disappointed still with HFC + Miltek if it already sounds quiet to you. Options are Cobra, Custom (my route and love it!), invidia they are the most common, never hear complaints Or you could pick up a 2nd hand Japspeed exhaust if you are after Noise, they can be found under £200 Think you have not spotted the OP is asking about a 370 system as I have never heard of a 2nd hand Japspeed 370 exhaust being available...if indeed they make one for a 370? Stillen has worked well for me in the 4.5 years it has been on my car and still brings out the s each time I turn the key. I'll just grab my coat
