  1. RX-7 Specialist, explains the bill
  2. Yeah it basically looks like a 'Sunday football league' entrance
  3. Last two places I asked said 400./450 - And also I think RT (maybe someone else) that offer that deal too.
  4. Nope, no discount there. £450 is the going rate for front end.
  5. We're all giving it billy big bolloxs but c'mon, in this situation, there's not too many people that would like to go down and confront a company - Especially if there isn't sufficient amount of evidence to back it up with.
  6. Nope, that's the benifit of this class...it's pretty stockish cars competing. You don't need a cage. Need a license though. Think there is also so much tweaking to a car you can do in each category. I'll be joining then, budget tyres and jezza kyle graphics and all no go away you have your drift scene let me have TA although would be cool #teamtarmac #teamtarmac

  8. Ouch **** that think I paid around £300/£350 for ALL the p3 service supplies, diff, gearbox, molyslip, clutch, oil, plugs etc. So it cost them £700ish just to fill all those...and add a few bits and bobs... And it cost you £1k for a Full set of Discs and Pads?....Please tell me they are special and you do a lot of track days This just sounds like you went to a nissan specialist.
  9. +1 Think I used these guys 'or someone similar on ebay' - Great quality, fast delivery.
  10. I'll just hop straight into the big league The idea is due to the new clubman class, it's suitable for 'noobs' basically. It's not about the winning straight away for me (Well I'll do my best) but more about doing track time with a purpose.
  11. Genuinely interested and excited. Always wanted to get into it some how, but never knew how. So now I do, the project begins. - Get her back on the road - Get a 2nd car - Get new wheels - Get new suspension - lose all the weight -Roll on 2016
  12. Go away with your Jezza Kay Mobile
  13. Yeah I'd be interested in coming along and chatting to a few of the drivers. Also I'll be popping back to you when I get my new engine, will need a new map
  14. Yeah I'd love to enter 2015, but in too much of a rush to get Engine/Headers/Clutch basically getting my car back on the road Then need to look at new wheels, suspension etc. So 2016 seems more realistic. I think it would be awesome to be in it. Even if I do crap although I was happy that there is a NA and a FI group separate
  15. Gratz, you bought an ex demo car that's been red lined Jokes Now find your caps lock
  16. http://www.timeattack.co.uk/new-clubman-class-revealed-standard-basic-tuned/#sthash.t81wH0Ta.dpbs So, just wondering if anyone has ever been in TA competition? After the new announcement, think it would be a great place to start. I've always loved track days, always had passion for driving and want to take it further. I'm a competitive person, and track days aren't the place to be competitive, so this looks like it could suit me down to the ground! Just wondering if anyone has had any experience and would like to shed some light. Plan is to build and test through 2015, and enter 2016.
  17. Does that mean stickers should ideally form an introduction, abstract and summary to get your approval? what I mean is don't go sticking a massive random sticker in a prime spot. If you want those stickers is get them smaller and put them in rear quarter. But that's just me and as we all say. Not our car it's yours #teamtarmac
  18. I feel like this is the - who is on their high horse thread... #teamtarmac
  19. Glad we cleared up I'm 20 and screaming look at me If you're going to put stickers on... At least have a purpose or theme. #teamtarmac
  20. Another way to get them to look at it is (Because I know this, dads been in the trade his whole life, I've worked for him for several months) So many times would we stay on late or come in early just to get something finished. As Chris says, who defines what a days work is. Even if it was 9-5 and you stayed on till 6/7, you wouldn't then say I want more at the end of the week, you would of been happy with the agreed price. Some people will do anything to worm out of money.
  21. Do you have any proper images of your car? That first one is like looking into a mirror....
  22. Oh yeah That was also on the list, and I forgot to add engine on the list too
