  1. not sure I'd like to get WD40 on my paint (god knows what miracle stuff is in that), but there's certainly nothing wrong with the other stuff Mentholated Spirit no problem, but White Spirit is paint remover. I sprayed my petrol cap release pin with WD40 and some got on the paintwork and it took me ages to try and polish out the stain on the paint. Anyway just saying, I wouldn't use them, but different strokes for different folk..!!
  2. Looks a good deal for a Nismo Type wing. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271544419448?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649

  4. Clay bar as above. DONT use the following it will severely damage the paint. Tried tar remover, bug remover, WD40 and white spirit.
  5. I read somewhere that they are now taking away the Hard Shoulder on the M25 and using it as a 4th lane..That will cause chaos, especially if you break down, very good chance of you getting killed. :scare:

  8. Streets of Knightsbridge are jammed with Arab-owned supercars as wealthy Middle Eastern playboys flock to London for the Summer. They spend months of the year parading along the seafront of Dubai or locked up in the vast garages of millionaires' mansions in Riyadh. But the summer arrival of these expensive Arab-owned supercars to London has become as regular an event as the tennis at Wimbledon or the cricket at Lords. The capital has once again seen a boom in the number of Lamborghinis, Ferraris and Bugattis on its streets as rich Qataris, Saudis, Emiratis and Kuwaitis move to Britain to escape the Middle East's baking mid-summer months. But the growing number of sports cars around the wealthy Knightsbridge district is causing some local residents to worry about breaches of parking rules and potential dangerous driving.
  9. Thanks Will and I have treasured it ever since my Dad gave it to me when I was probably around 18/19 years old. I also have two .50 cal deactivated bullets/shells that my Grand Father brought back from World War 2 that sit next to the tank on my display shelf. One's dated 1942 and the other 1943 on the base so he collected them very close to the end of the war. I remember as a kid the guns my Grandad brought back, the one that stands out was a Luger pistol (and before you ask, yes' he was on our side..!!) also a couple of rifles, which I used to drag around his garden as I was to small to pick them up. Think my Grandma gave them to The British Legion when he passed away.

  21. Dear Will, I am writing to remind you that the annual Prudential RideLondon world-class festival of cycling is taking place this weekend. Please plan ahead and don’t get caught out. Roads and bridges on and around the routes in east, central and southwest London and Surrey will be closed to traffic as detailed below. Road users are advised to avoid the affected areas wherever possible. Buses will be on diversion or stop short of their destinations. Tube and Rail will be the best way to get around and enjoy the weekend. There are lots of places to watch the events around the routes, for more information, click here Sunday 10 August The event routes will be in the City and Westminster. Roads and bridges will be closed from 05:00 until 18:00. Sunday 10 August The event route is between Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford and The Mall, via the City of London, west London, through Surrey and back through west London. There will be extensive road and river crossing closures throughout the day; roads will be closed from 05:00 and will re-open in phases once the event has passed and it is safe to do so. Pedestrian access to properties will not be affected. All London roads are expected to be reopened by 20:30. The affected river crossings will be closed for most of the day; these are Blackwall Tunnel and Tower, Southwark, Westminster, Lambeth, Vauxhall, Battersea, Chelsea, Albert, Chiswick, Putney, Kingston and Hampton Court bridges.
