A panel beater would not touch that lol and it will cost him more in the long run if he uses his insurance. You will be best off finding a new door in the correct paint color. Even if a body shop would repair it, a good body shop will blend that in to the front wing and rear quarter so its not just the door they will paint. It will cost at least £350 anyway.

Low cost? You do realize a NA tuned Zed pushing 400BHP will cost you 3x the amount of a supercharger? (EDIT: I may have read your original post wrong, originally I figured you wanted to hit 360 - 400BHP) If you aren't planning on pushing it to this and just want a slight boost, you will want a less restricting system and a remap. I have a full system and uprev and I have 300BHP at the fly. So anything beyond this is going to cost thousands.

A dyno is one thing, a tuner is another. That's why the guy above suggested uprev dealers. Surely a google search for dynapack Scotland, dyno Scotland or rolling road Scotland should give you something...
