Even from the like of EPRacing aftermarket parts need a lot of prep work to fit. I can't imagine what the cheap eBay parts must be like to fit, give that to a body shop and they will hate you

All of them will need a lot of work, no matter what the seller tells you about the fitment. Mine is from EPRacing - it needed alot of prep work for a flawless finish

No just google anyone who buys scrap metal in your area. When I scraped a car I got £130 for it, then I sold him a SEAT Leon CAT for the same money near enough. It's the tiny amounts of platinum in there that make them of worth
