Right lets set the scene haha Me and my team have just taken 3 sprinter vans over to ireland on company insurance for a job 1 of the vans has been damaged on the inside of the side sliding door, from the load (welding machines and tools) shifting at somepoint the company now want to put a claim in for it but to do so the driver must complete a form to process the claim that puts him at the drivers seat, which according to the insurance company will need to be delcared on his personal insurance and as a result raise his premium, is this correct? isnt the idea of a company insurance to remove any personal damage? also how can it be proved the drivers fault as the driver didnt load the van and the van sat for 4 hours on a ferry unmaned where the load could have shifted. it also means if a car was left in tesco car park or a customers car park and someone reversed into it and ran the innocent driver who wasnt in the car has his own personal premium effected by something not his fault or not even in his control.

The Americans have always done cheap V8 muscle, i guess we are actually seeing it cheap for the first time though. They never did corners and a good chassis though on the most part. So unless the new Mustang is a step on in that department, i would prefer a less powerful Z that does corners. Styling is very individual but if it looked anything like the Toyota FT1 concept its a winner for me, a bit lighter would be good, 1200 - 1300kg and i guess engine is either going to come down to emissions regs or what they are pitching it against. I am sure some time ago there was an article about the next Z being hybrid, anything but that! What would be a new Z's "competition" is probably more the question, is it going to take on the GT86, as Ekona says, hardly been flying out the showroom, they have hardly faired well on 2nd hand prices either, which i think goes to show, enthusiasts who heralded the arrival of the Gt86 are not what the general public want. assuming the development is privately owned and not a council build i dont think you have an argument on the hump sizes, but maybe they could be chargeable for damage like a pot hole?

if you love turbo boost the zed might leave a little hole in your heart as it doesnt match the power delivery my old my94 200sx s14 zenkei only had about 240bhp but alot more drama and theatre with boost z is a complete diffrent beast
