All.in the process of fitting a Sparco handbrake cover.Managed to cut the oem leather away etc and fit the new cover but the ratchet button seems very sensitive or works and then doesn't.Has anyone else who has done this mod had a similar issue and if you did what did you do to overcome it ?.I just can't seem to get the same action from the button as before.
Sorry to hear all your troubles.Rule number 1 is never go to a Nissan Main Dealer for any work on your z.For starters their technician costs per hour are outrageous and secondly their knowledge of our cars is not great at all.Take it to Alex as suggested as he knows the cars inside out and won't rip you off.Hope you get it fixed.
Thanks for the compliments.I have posted it a number of times so just didn't want to get on other folks nerves. Its still my favourite mod and I've done an awful lot of them.My view might change though when I get my seats back from Si next week !.
GreenLandy. I am and sadly MICM qualified too. Currently global head of a Credit department but it all comes into play. Like the salary but if I lived my life again....
Mr Qualified here. ACCA and CIMA. It's like modding a z. Years of hard work and dedication, not something that can be achieved overnight. Stick with Engineering is my advice unless you want to start a whole new learning curve and life.
No need to change anything if you drop on springs but will need camber arms for coilys.Springs For example Teins are going to cost circa £150 plus fitting, coilys £1500 plus at least.
