    Seems bit excessive I change every 9000 miles or every year and keep an eye on the level topping up as necessary

    Was autoglym engine and machine cleaner all you used to get it that clean inside? Presumably this will work on outside of plenum too? Mine is pretty dirty and oil stained outside as well.
