Rattles are normally sorted with a swift peoples elbow. Think you just need to show the Z who is boss every now and again!!

Love the Supra, my mate had a white non turbo one. I would imagine that a 350z would be the safer option in terms of reliability and age etc. I also heard the TT Supra is very twitchy

350z is actually a pretty noisey car so dont worry about these noises. As said gear change is notchy but it shouldnt grind at higher rpm. Get a louder exhaust and these wont worry you!

I think the lock button on my key fob will wear out soon, press it so many times to make sure it's locked!!

My clutch pedal was squeaking and I found a good article on 350z.com on how to get access and grease from under the car. I did it in about 10 mins and grease didnt cost much at all. All fixed for about £5!! Also out of curiousity what is pinking?

Do you have decats, exhaust or filter?(Aftermarket that is). Could be mods messing with your air fuel ratio? Just a guess

JDM imports should come with a JUMVEA certificate confirming the milage in KM at import. I had one of these when I had my JDM Integra. Alos what is with the huge black mark on the bonnet!! Service history is so important on these cars so try and find a Japanese mate to read through it!!

Cant access that video at the mo but there is a lot of chatter on idle from these cars. I was suprised how 'mechanical' the Zed sounds which is worrying as a new owner but you get used to it. Just drive it until it brakes then fix it! As long as clutch isnt slipping just keep an ear out in case it starts to get really loud.

I looked at getting one for a while but during that time my spacial awareness driving the Zed got much better so in the end I decided not to bother!!! (I have ro reverse park between bollards each day so I had to learn quick!!) Cheapest way is to learn how big the car is otherwise it will depend on what you want. I never wanted a reverse camera, instead I looked at the sensors that sit behind bumber so you dont mess up the bodywork.

yeah dont take it to Nissan. It's so easy to grease the joint. If you can take off a tyre you can do this fix!!

Do get a lot of looks but not too many comments (maybe I look weird!!). Although I live around Cheltenham area and there are a lot of nice cars that I see so maybe the Zed doesnt stand out that much- most weeks on way to work I see couple of new GTR's (one has a mat black wrap), R32 skyline, 370z, couple of ferrari and soooo many porsches!

poor Zed, heard they are common as muck in the US so prob dont think it's that special.

PM cs2000 on here. He sorted me out with interior, boot and number plate LEDs. Looks much better than the horrible yellow lights Nissan have. Like an ice white led and really bright.

that made me chuckle! It is just so hard to keep a nice car dent and scratch free these days. Wish I had a garage! I mostly get the shopping delivered, avoids the supermarket car park death traps! People carriers with kids....I shudder at the thought of my Zed being parked next to that!

Maybe a lot of people use other cars as a reference point when parking into a bay so they are not going over the lines. But gotta say if you need a reference point to get your car inbetween 2 lines you prob shouldnt be on the road!!
