seems people like moaning because they can... also getting tired of the Z bashing on a Z forum to be honest. constant striving for 'position' and competition around who has the better car.

where were you when you saw the black and silver z?

there are 3 or 4 350zs parked in didcot parkway train station pretty much daily.... grey, black, azure and silver... anyone ever park their Z there??

I prefer it to one other car on this forum!! And as others have mentioned, shame that's not around anymore though as you could have posted some similar comments on their build thread!!.. The workmanship looks professional and fair play to you for hanging around..

This is definately my favourite thread since 'welcome back wackywill and dblock' - a true classic... Before I get to my point, I would be more than happy if anyone feels the need to notify me when another hissy fit kicks off as I always seem to miss them.. Back on topic - I was pulling into the middle box thing of a dual carriageway where you sit and wait to pull Into the lane of traffic going in the direction you want... Normally right! I was driving my gfs yellow mini with her in it at the time. Happily pulled into the box waiting to turn right and join the dual carriageway, then some absolute nobjockey in an old ass cls63 amg.... A burgundy one at that! Decides to pull next to me in the middle of a dual carriageway box.. Designed for one car to turn right and another car to also turn right in the opposite direction.... But nooooo, this chopper decides to sit in their area preventing anyone coming off the dual carriageway. Then it gets worse, as there is a break in the traffic I decide to 'enter the road' which I did, but aforementioned nobjockey decides to floor it a cut me up pulling on. As you can imagine I was extatic. By far the most furious I have ever been with a driver.

Hi all, as of recent the key is more difficult to take out of the ignition... almost as if its 'sticky'! any ideas how to sort it? or is it as easy as a bit of WD40.. no sexual references required! I have been around here for long enough to see how this very innocent question could quickly go down the wrong path!

Silver auto import if I remember rightly. I find it pretty implausible that he would have stayed as a member for this long if he was just on the troll.......in saying that, thats pretty much what ive done You said it not me!! I could do that, I am looking at this as hopefully the car before I get into a GTR so that would work perfectly as I could PX it in against one... good thinking! the exhaust.. I have a cobra resonated on my 350 and love it to bits... is the Nismo loud/raspy/quiet?

haha thanks G man, do you think though that the nismo will depreciate quicker as it is a higher price? or will the fact they are 'rarer' keep the prices in line with normal depreciation? would you definitely recommend a new/pre reg rather than second hand? or do you recommend the new because of the deals. IMO I agree with your point about it being a nismo, no matter how much you spend on a z, even if it is for retrofit Nismo parts.. it will never be a nismo!

interesting! didn't know this - maybe thats why I saw £1100 on a GTR tax disk because it was in the first year of its life!

I was wondering whether to look into the possible move to a 370z nismo. I have been trying to hold out for a GTR but they're out of my reach at the moment, £1k for car tax alone... However I have seen the 370z nismo in the flesh and think it looks great, however haven't driven it as of yet. Currently have an 08 HR with 27k on the clock so its a pretty tight car still. My question is, is the juice worth the squeeze. I own the 350 outright and if I moved to a 370 nismo I would use the 350 as deposit and finance the rest. Is it a big step up?

Great, thanks guys. Just drawing it all out now I have this input. I am not going to be gaming online so will use HDMI to cat5 connectors for the video/audio. Would it be possible to use a switch to feed multiple devices to multiple tv's. For example, if I have a video/Audio image for PC and Xbox converted to run over cat5 pluged Into a switch. Which then goes off to the lounge and bedroom, can I see my pcscreen in both the bedroom and lounge once I convert the image back to HDMI from cat 5 and into the tv. Not sure if I switch can be used for audio/video over cat5 in the same way it can for Internet
