Very true, does make me chuckle, if you dare to mention that a Zed isn't that quick you get all sorts of abuse on here, but mention a quicker car and all you get is 'it's ugly' I would imagine the TTRS is infinitely easier to drive quickly than a Zed, that doesn't make it more fun but it does make it quicker in the real world Which is what every single person has said on this thread... Nobody has argued the zed is quicker once. I'm sure if many people on this forum wanted a quicker car they wouldn't of bought the zed. It's like saying you are a vegetarian and buying a steak 😉... You just wouldn't do it

the reason I said that is because I think they look more like a beetle in terms of soft, curvy etc rather than aggressive like a ... well an aggressive car haha.

maybe!! not the biggest fan of gearstick mods etc but will into it! I think the disks have been upgraded on the Nismo. along with the lines like you mentioned.

agree that its faster, but it doesn't make it a 'better' car. if people want speed they could go and buy a nova - or something similar, drop 15k on mods and it and it would probably be quicker than a TTRS, but in my opinion by no stretch is it a better car! I know how the 350z used to make me feel when I drove it, it isn't the fastest, most expensive car on the road, but it did make me t! and the same now with my Nismo, I test drove a brand new cayman and it didn't come close in terms of the 'feeling' I get when I drive the z . When I am in the Porsche Box S (new shape) I know for a fact it doesn't get as much interest nor does it have that 'drivers' feel and excitement that I get in the Z. I am not saying the Z is the best car on the road because it isn't... but I do believe it has a bit of 'special' feeling that you can't easily replicate. I agree, was only commenting on the speed aspect. They are 4WD so I wouldn't personally enjoy it on the B roads as much as a Z. I know, I didn't mean to respond to you with that haha. was meant to be to CMR1991

You've really done your research. My point still stands thought. I buy a Nismo car, I want Nismo parts on it where available please. Doesn't have to be down to sump plugs and piston rings but the obvious, common Nismo extra's at least. don't buy one then mr suits! and stop clogging my thread up with your scary crows

aha! the missus' and I are currently planning the same trip, but later in the year (October) for 3 weeks. I just can't believe how much stuff there seems to be to visit! I will be going with Virgin though so I can use my points! and +1 on the language lessons, we start a 5 week course the beginning of next year. can't wait
