    370Z Nismo

Louise, I moved from a HR 350 to the Nismo, having drove a standard 370 too, I also test drove the new cayman. the step up from the 350 to the 370N is a big step IMO, and you will love the difference.
  2. looks great.. I would of had one of these for my 350z... suggested Jimboy (the new owner) looks at them

few small plans... 1. change the nissan badges for black Z. (currently in my shed) 2. visit maybe rt-performance to see if they can wrap/paint the doorhandles black. 3. POSSIBLE exhaust upgrade later in the year 4. POSSIBLE 10mm spacers but doubtful I will do this as I don't want to change the cars geometry at all as I love the set up. 5. POSSIBLE rear window and side rear tints. 6. 100% some form of cat sticker on the car. Where did you get your badges from? I need to change mine when it finally arrives. Did you get the handles wrapped/painted? I really don't understand why Nissan do them silver, looks cheap. Does anyone know how long the process is when ordering one from Japan? When we purchased it back in June, they said we should expect it before September. Still waiting :'( Well I ordered mine in July and they told me it would be 16 weeks which I worked out would be mid November and when I spoke to the dealer the other day they said they had a delivery date of the 10th November to the dealership. What colour did you order? As the waiting times for a black one was about 6 weeks and 10 weeks for a white one. When I ordered my black N this year, I had to wait 2.5 months for it to arrive.. ordered late may and arrived early August
  4. Yep, that's what I thought Ian. Are these all the parts you get in the pack do you know? 2 pistons, 2 screws and 2 washers??
  5. Without sounding like an idiot... I am not sure as these were stored in my 'car box' and from memory this what it came with.. 2 washers and 2 screws as you use 2 of the existing screws ( which attach to the bonnet from memory)... Can anyone please confirm this for me? Chris (tarmac)?? 😊
  6. Hello. I have for sale some 350z bonnet dampers. I had some of these on my old 350z, bought these as I thought they would fit my 370z... I was wrong! I am asking £55 + PnP.. or collect from Oxfordshire or Leicestershire (in a couple of weeks time when I can drop off at my parents). no fitting instructions left but they are very straightforward to fit. happy to advise anyone over the phone. or - http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/47015-bonnet-dampers-fitted/ fyi... the 'rusty' washers can be cleaned up, also this part us under the plastics of the car anyway so not visible.. I agree with Zedman, they will hold a good price Dan, and eventually the difference between buying a mk1 or mk2 is purely visual, then just personal preference comes into play. look at 1m's for example, their prices are going up! and there are 400 of them in the UK I believe. there are only 400 mk1 Nismos globally. . . However: Personally I am grateful to not be hugely at a loss if the new model nails down the price of the MK1s, but even so, I think they will be just fine. edit: but then if I was worried about spending money on cars, I would buy with my head and not my heart, which would of been an older 370z, put some cash into mods and go that route... Doesn't really matter what any of us think, you bought the car and stand by it which is what matters Not sure on the comparison with the 1M as didn't they fly off the shelves and there is still obviously a demand, was talking to a few Zed owners the other weekend, well 2 370z owners, 1 ex 370z owner and a 350z owner and we all agreed the MK2 looks much better but it's all personal preference at the end of the day Liking the subtle mods you have done, looks very mean now That's my opinion too SMD, there is nowhere near enough of a development for the MK2 to force the price of the MK1s down dramatically. if there were major engine/performance upgrades then I think it would have a major impact on the MK1, because why would you buy a car that's performance is well under par compared to its newer version... you wouldn't. the only reason people will buy the MK2 over the MK1 would be because of preference to its looks.. which is all... personal preference

  9. Thanks Asad, that's what I am looking for.. 💀
  10. Looks great... I am not a fan of the 'paint the engine plastics the body colour' ... BUT, that is the exception, looks a top mark job to me!!! But then what do I know 😂
  11. Exactly... The more people that see this the better
  12. It seems so Alex... He stated the kit was a very good price so most likely had to act fast...... Don't see the harm in that.
  13. terrible... but good on his family for releasing this. Any bike related death, near miss, etc in the news I force myself to watch.. it is the best way to keep me grounded when I am out riding... and it really does stop me riding excessively. not nice to see.
