I bought some new LED bulbs for the rear lower lights (fog lights) and they aren't the correct fitment. The current ones are all glass with a thin flat vertical connector, what's this type of fitment called? The bulbs I've bought don't fit and the rear bumpers meant to be going back on today at the body shop. Is there an adaptor I can buy or do I need different bulbs? Thanks!

With the current problems BMWs are having with their security I'd be garaging the BMW if it's one that suffers from the awful security flaw.

Is that 'limo black' on the rear? What's it like for visibility during the day and night?

Looks like I'll keep the pair of 20mm spacers I've got and see if they cause any rubbing on the front and rear, if everythings fine I'll grab another set. Typical as I've just sold a pair of 20mm spacers as I thought I didn't need them anymore

Is that for front or rear or both? I've got FlyEyes on my rear, still got my old non-LED lights though if needed come MOT time.

245/35 @ 8.5J ET25 275/35 @ 9.5J ET30 The rears are pretty much shot so I might buy a new pair of 275's or 285's.

I was tempted to get the keep the lip as standard on the wheels and the rest black but there's nothing glossy on the car so wouldn't really fit in with the overall look. Will rolled arches what's a good sized spacer for LMGT4s? Will 20F/25R cause any issues being lowered on Teins?

I loved the E65 wheels but I was never keen on the stretched tyres and being Plastidipped they were never going to look as good as painted. They shall be missed but when I get the car back this week everything should look awesome

Picked up my new wheels yesterday, 3rd set since I've had the car! (Just washed so ignore the water) Satin Black 19" LMGT4's with polished centre caps

Decided to keep the last set of spacers, thread can be closed

Think I got mine via DetailingWorld, different figment for different pressure washers. Doesn't help you if you want it tomorrow though. Don't know of anywhere that sells them off the shelf.

I've just got my hands on a set of satin black wheels and looking to add a layer of wax/sealant over them to help cleaning them in the future, but is there anything specific I should be using? I've got some Poorboys Wheel Sealant so hoping that will be alright. I've been speaking to a body shop and they've said you can't wax matte/satin paint as it will bring out a gloss in it, is there a specialist wax I can buy for satin/matte paint that sin't going to cost a forture? Thanks

I do like these, was tempted to try and get a set myself. Are you keeping them the standard colour or thinking of a change?

My current wheels are 19" 10J ET24 with 20mm spacers to make it ET4. They protrude a little from the arches but I've not had any issues with them rubbing. That's running 235/35.

Nearly done that myself, started to reverse down the drive before realising I hadn't done a couple of nuts up. Not all 5 though

If it's with an aggressive kit then big spoilers look good, but in this instance it's just waaay too big!

Looking for a pair of tyres, used or new. Ideally Falken 452's to match up with the fronts. Must have at least 4-5mm on them. Might drop down to 265 if someone has a pair. Thanks

The noise at idle is nuts, wonder what it sounds like in real life though as the mic might make it sound louder and more tinnier than IRL. Still an awesome machine though!

Have you got HFC's installed? I got this last winter when starting the car in the cold. A pair or O2 Simulators from ZMANALEX should sort the problem out if you do.
