I managed to track down the UK supplier whom used to sell on ebay. For what you guys need this is the one. It gives fantastic pictures but you will need to put a larger faster SD card in it. If you live near me we can shove a newer disc in to see what happens? However the players are always coming up on fleabay for silly money like £60+ Whats to stop someone fitting one of these upgrades in?

Arghhh, earlier Zed's don't have a DVD player, they have a CD player and they need the X5 CD disk. Here, take gander at this thread, posted on a U.S 350Z site by a British owner, he posts a picture of the SatNav CD player in his GT4. Anyone contemplating buying any sort of disk with an earlier Zed should take a look behind the seat and see what system is fitted. http://www.350z-tech...-nav-issue.html If your system looks like this ie no buttons then you have The CD version with the remote control. Like I said you do need to check. 1st on the dvd facia cover as it has a code on there. There maybe some differences in USA but I personally never had a problem. I have had 2 2009 Zeds a 2008 pathfinder Adventua, and a 2005 Nissan Patrol. All 4 have had the birdsview and all replacements I got from fleabay. It's a shame I could not take a look at the entire set up as I am sure I would be able to suss it out. Also I would have thought there would have been many subjects on here in the Archives over such a major indifference!

We got there in the end. Yep they maybe copies on fleabay but the original is on there for £290 and the copies are £8 lol.

I jumped a bit. I have an amuse front bumper and they do a Goki for it where as the Mines is for your car. I think if you can get a good lip for £290 and your happy with it then go for it. You really need to address any R-T questions to them. If you want a CF rear ask the other traders on here or go on the hunt.

There are 2 different systems for the Zed. Up to 2005 and you need the X6.0 2005 UPWARDS you need the X7.0 If your current disc works it should have the number on the front so get the corresponding number. It is not unknown for a pre 2005 to have a X7.0 and visa versa where people have an exchange unit. Depends where you live I guess, we've had no new roads built around here for years. My house has been threatened with demolition since 2006 as the Welsh Government decided that the A55 should be widened to 3 lanes, not that I live that close mind you but they needed my land for access. Projections made from 2004 showed that by 2012 the A55 traffic would increase from 50,000 to 70,000 a day. In fact the volume of traffic is now at 43,000 a day, which is roughly what it was in 2000. Unless you live in the affluent south or in my case the affluent South Wales I don't think there'll be much roadbuilding in the near future. Apart from that a bit of research reveals that there has never been an updated CD for the 350Z and you can't just rip the CD out and replace it with a Nissan DVD. Pete I don't understand what you are on about, The 2009-2011 did not show the latest extention to the M1 A1 link at bedford The 2011-2013 one does? I have had birds view in my last 3 vehicles and updated every disc. 2007-2009 does not show the M6 Toll road. 2009-2011 does. Why don't you believe me?

Thats the disc year not the machine. latest disk is 2011-2013.

They do one for the Amuse as well. That one your looking at for £290 is a copy Arran hence Goki style. You need to look very closely at the wording. A genuine Goki is £100 cheaper than what is being advertised for the mines style. Let R-T run with it as I recently saw an example of some carbon work they had done. I put it up against that thing off the back of my car and it was no different. By the time you have some ackers Ray's man will have the lip's and spoilers made. As always its your choice:)

2 years I had mine in. I often forget to take it out but it could be people think it's filming them so off they trot. The police trap cars have them in the window as well as in the cabin. Or they used to.

Get ya but down to Imingham docks lol. There is a guy with a hammer who calls himself quality control. If any car fails to meet his standard he smacks it over the roof with the hammer and stick it back on the boat. Once it's clobbered its an open market for parts. Of course I know nothing of this and it could all be utter nonsence:)

I meant it looks huge from OUTSIDE i.e. like leaving a satnav stuck to the screen just asking for someone to smash the window and grab it.... I take mine out when parked up
