  1. If you Iike Auto finesse go to carchem... They make the Auto finesse stuff and buying direct is much cheaper... Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  2. Doubt you caused it mate. It is nasty stuff as very corrosive due to their diets. Only way around it is to use decent sealant or was regularly and then remove the mess when it occurs. Worse situation is when they dump on a Cabriolet roof. Hard to get off and dyes the material Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  3. ... And the anniversary box is sold out... Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Another clean your car fan. Also like i4deailing too. Best products I've discovered are the sonax range... Their wheel cleaner is amazing and their quick detailer is an amazing sealant too... All from cleanyourcar Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  5. Long pile microfibre and clay lube works well Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Sorry but the title made me chortle. Hope the car is ok mate Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Buy a pressure sprayer (e.g. from garden centre) Mix warm water and APC to appropriate dilution depending on if you do or don't want to strip wax Fill pressure sprayer and spray mix over car - fit a foaming head to the sprayer if you wish Then rinse and proceed with 2bm wash Boom
  8. I will be contentious ... 1) sponges are fine, I use them and prefer them to sheepskin mitts, which get clogged and is high maintence 2) snow foam, for me, is a detailing placebo. I've tried all the foams and now believe that a decent apc, appropriately diluted, is more effective at actually pre cleaning. I do still use it, mainly in the underside of the car and the arches, purely due to cling... But mixed with apc
  9. Yeah when I took mark from abbey out in mine he said it was a lot raspier than berks. I hated it so sold them Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
  10. I guess it depends on which ricer fart box exhaust you have on. I plan on getting some to accompany my setup but I very much doubt there are many ricer fart boxes that will sound like mine after the mod. I have a Milltek on mine, so traditionally a quiet exhaust. Added HFC's (albeit Stillen) and sounded awful IMHO And that is from an ex Racing Puma owner (raspy as standard!)
  11. I hated HFCs on my zed. Make it sound like a ricer fart box...
  12. Try polishing it up nicely, then treat the Y Pipe with a decent metal sealant- or FK100P Layer in on a few times and it should resist salt and water much better
  13. Yeah must admit the only 'wonder' manufacturer I've thought has been mixed is Carpro stuff tbh... Half of the stuff I've tried is gash, the other half very good. What I may do is bring all my products together and do an epic sale.... And I have 2 x cars, plus I offer to detail my mates'.
  14. They've done Nanolex premium sealant before in a WB. Agree, it is good stuff. Problem I now have is over 250 products in the garage and need to actually settle on some I use and get rid of the rest.... maybe....
  15. Good choice mate. Make sure you prep the surface properly first to guarantee longevity. Also, I'd recommend uc as the brown colour of ub isn't good
  16. Removed the 1 x instance of code from me and have pm'd others who mention it too....
  17. Can people make sure that the forum discount stays on here and isn't shared... Some other forums' codes have popped up on detailingworld and now they've had their code withdrawn... So lets ensure our's stays live!!
  18. There is a countdown on WB's facebook page now - they're nearly sold out - so if you want the anniversary box with our discount, order ASAP!
  19. Oh, and Ekona - I have some of Tim's 'own' products to test when the weather improves... should be interesting!!
  20. Yeah most of the issues people get from high end waxes is from over application - too much = b2tch to remove...!!
  21. Hey guys Just a heads up - the anniversary box is selling out fast. I emailed Richard to ask what the 'big deal' was.... below is his response: "the anniversary box is going to be the same format but we're running a golden ticket type comp where a few lucky winners get a bundle of products or a luxury full size wax. lots of runner up bits too. We've got some more big names in again, some seen before and some new. " ....so get your orders in soon guys (mine went in when I'd received the last box, lol)
