So I will adjust the strut bar nut so it's flat face points to the tube rather than the pointy side. Think the silicon pipes on the kit are fairly thin and flex easily so maybe a samco reducer I could use instead which would be stiffer and less prone to movement ...

Not sure mate, hope so! Any other ideas in case not? Anyone else got the same issue?

Hey chaps My takeda induction kit (steel pipes) is knocking against the nut of the strut brace - so much so that it has started to wear a hole in the pipe. I've tried adjusting the pipe position to move it as far away as possible, but it is still hitting it Any ideas? Can the nut on the strut bar be safely loosened a touch so the 'pointy' bit isn't facing down? Cheers Rob

Cheers chaps. In a previous car I painted the callipers with Hammerite and it caught fire on track and bubbled off

Bit fed up with the rusty wheel hubs ruining the view through my wheels. Anyone painted their hubs? Is it safe to do ?

I used to take the wheels off etc but got bored of it . So now I use a spray sealant like nanolex or clear seal on a cleaned wheel which is still on the car . Works a treat especially if you keep your wheels clean anyway

I am! I have the Piaa and the wipers too... But not sure whether to move to g5. Also, I tried that sonax QD and don't like it ... Finish isn't great and it is very grabby to apply. Does bead well though so using it on my wheels

I'm quite impressed with that's included too (again). Which wax sample did you get? Apparently there's four that have been sent out this month, denoted by a coloured dot on the bottom of the pot. I got green, which doesn't appear to have set very well and some of the oils have separated en route - I'll drop Richard a message shortly to let him know - it's currently in the fridge but hopefully it's still usable. Got the same mate and looks gungy to me. Won't use it probably anyway, not a wax person tbh
