  1. I bought the nomad pressure washer for the same reason and it rocks. I carry down my detailing bag, two large buckets and a full nomad on the shoulder and can do a whole car detail AND look proper cool too
  2. London bridge station closed due to a crazed man spotted with an axe. Breaking all over twitter and causing massive delays. WTF is this country coming to !!!?
  3. Nice, how was the zed on track ?
  4. I know I said hi in another thread but, officially , hello! I'm just outside Haywards Heath. Black HR model, exhaust mods and private plate...quite a distinctive one! Rob
  5. Coming from a Type R I'd never look back either. If you go with a 313 model the power is definitely noticeably 'up' and the interior is nicer too... And running costs wise - the zed is much cheaper in insurance - my Accord type R was £800 a year. The Zed is £400. Tyres on the type R's vs the Zed - you're talking similar wear rates but bigger tyres on the zed + it is more tyre sensitive so slightly more expensive. Other similar angle is reliability - the zed is very reliable and I know the honda 'never opened an engine' thing turns some people on, but how many gearbox problems do they have?! Lol
  6. They were quite a bit more expensive, but did look good. Will wax your wheels too
  7. What kinda zed?
  8. I have ie8s too.... Good set of phones
  9. I'm in haywards Heath mate
  10. Hi there My Rays are essentially kerb free - one tiny scratch on one... but there is a bit of paint flake on some now, which I understand is a common issue. What is the best way to tackle this? I spoke to wheelworks who're near me in Crawley and they said you'd never 'get rid' of the corrosion, merely cover it up... Is this right? Would you recommend a powder coat refurb - like there sort they do - or a paint finish like many mobile guys? And if the latter, any recommendations for Sussex? Sorry, multi question post, but it has been bugging me! Thanks Rob
  11. I have PIAA wipers and would recommend these hands down. Costly, but last forever and also coat the windscreen with silicon a la rainx
  12. Basically a custom cable from toxic in eBay. Carbon fibre plug, blue sleeves, silver core wiring and decent terminals. Cable was £100 but worth it, made the headphones come alive!
  13. Having experimented I've settled with ultimate ears triplefi 10s and a viper cable from toxic cables on fleabay. Wow combo
  14. 07 plate and 26k....

  16. Last night about 8:45pm - I was in my black facelift zed.

  21. They do group buys on bucket on DW sometimes... the 'detailing' buckets are REALLY industrial plastic containers with lids - caterers use them to mix up sandwich fillings etc. So hit ebay with a different search
