  1. Ps i got the Amazon pack too. ;-) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  2. Yeah course maker looks cool. As long as it isn't like the poo course maker from the last one. Forza is better IMHO by a long way despite content lacking. And assetto Corsa on the PC is similar with a better handling model. Gt6 on a pad sucks, way too easy. Forza is a lot better with a pad. Now got the ps3 wheel out gt is growing on me Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  3. Worth it over gt5. Call me a graphics whore but they suck. Shadows and texture glitching, slowdown, looks poor Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  4. Arrrgh licence tests Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  5. Lol. I bought it for Forza. C'mon mate, dedication needed ;-) Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  6. Graphics are miles better but the driving model and physics to me, on GT6, seem to 'easy' with a pad. You can fling cars around and it is almost easy - too easy. Forza has realistic lift off oversteer, cars get unsettled down hills / on brakes more realistically and the pad trigger rumble really helps gauge grip and traction. Firing up GT6 again with the wheel and pedals to see if it improves - GT5 is damn hard with a wheel!
  7. You can kind of 'feel' the creak through the steering wheel too - was worrying about power steering stuff but most of the googling suggests bushing - has brand new front drop links on it
  8. Ok, so I know I have a shiny new Xbox One but still received the PS3 version of GT6 today and am a bit 'meh' about it Compared to Forza, obviously the graphics and frame rates are choppy - but what bothers me more is the handling and 'feedback' - nothing on Forza. Now - if I could have the Forza engine with the GT6 content THAT would be nirvana!!
  9. Says 'kinnect disconnected' and no power to it - despite unplugging / replugging, reboots etc More and more stories popping up....
  10. Cheers buddy, very odd noise but when the bush was last looked a was ok so wanted to check. Cheers mate
  11. so.... my kinnect is broken. After a week or so of use Brilliant
  12. Evening chaps, Recently the zed was serviced and part of the work done was to source some irritating noises - one was front drop links, the other was the milltek banging slightly on the rear 'brace' thing. OF course, thinking all the noises had been sorted, a new one developed today and it is hard to explain. When driving there is a clicky groany noise when turning corners - I've managed to replicate it every time by pulling the steering wheel right when it was straight - and sounds like old floorboards creaking. Any ideas? Banana arm bush? Cheers R
  13. Damn left this am for business before the post arrived. Let's hope it isn't sitting outside ready to be nicked Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  14. We should organise some club races on live?
  15. TV and cinema system were controllable with it.... Just almost didn't see the point of it, having to have your xbox on to watch tv etc. unless I'm missing something?
  16. Got mine today... Forza 5 day one, dead rising, Ryse and a spare pad. Setup with sky going in but couldn't get it to control the sky box, only the TV, so ended up removing the sky in the end. Forza rocks, love all of them but this one is great. Other two games I've hardly played so far. Must admit that assassins Creed black flag on my ninja PC is current favourite game, despite the shiny new toy Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  17. Yeah I have one so will report back if people wanna know what is in there
  18. Worked a treat. So so easy! Just received some Bouncer's Vanilla Ice so hoping that will still work over winter - the sealants I love normally don't seem to play nicely < 10oC
  19. The Xmas box doesn't get a discount (if you're talking about the £45 jobbie) as it is a 'gift' box and far larger etc Looking forward to receiving mine
  20. http://www.detailing...ad.php?t=306456 Also http://www.detailing...ad.php?t=288660 but there's no actual testing in this one though. Beaten to it Thanks mate
  21. BBK - does the R222 flash properly in the cold? Really struggling to remove waxes / sealants and QD's at the moment Cheers Rob
  22. Plastic bags over electrics (not that I usually bother tbh, but better safe than sorry). Douse engine bay in Autobrite Jaffa Clean http://www.autobritedirect.co.uk/index.php/autobrite-jaffa-clean-degreaser-cleaner-protectant.html Then dry off or leave to dry naturally with engine warmth Job done, cheaply and easily
  23. Probably the best bit of newer detailing kit out there so worth the pong. Try waxtec fallout remover v2 or britmax's version as they don't smell as bad
