.....one day...one day I have had a 'run in' with a 370Z...although! It was a roadster...fairly equally matched I'd say, I'm guessin the coupe will be faster but I don't think in the real world of 2nd/3rd gear roll they'd be too much in it, with the 370 edging it.

Jst coming down to George sq at north hanover st and saw a black one cross past me at the lights then head up the hill past 'The Ark'. Then later joining the M8 was met with a blue 370Z with boxes n stuff on the passenger seat lol

Just checked that Hopkins site, when you actually go through it bumps on the tax then the delivery...over £71... no thanks lol Might have to get unofficial ones that just fit right instead by the looks of it

but to put it into context... I considered a TTS but they were too expensive at the time. The TTS has not very much in terms of reviews and is considered not the best for fun handling and a bit dull... the 350 however, has magazine, net reviews galore and all I could see was 4-5/5 stars everywhere! I'm glad I got the Z. So half and half, depends what you want. I'm already craving my next car and to hell with 'practicality' and cost. I've been looking at it for a while now and still little bit away but not too far lol.

Guy at my work has a TTS and its quick. We've still to have a 'go' to see which is better, power or less weight but I have tried to outrun him on a wet corner...he was right up my backside, way ..way more grip with the Quattro system. I think the better looker is the 370Z but if you need over all - like go somewhere in the snow, nice cabin, better fuel economy and still fairly rapid performance the TTS would be better lol...as much as I hate to say that lol

Was in gettin my P1 at Infiniti Glasgow today (awesome service as usual) and also in, when I picked the car up was a blue 350 and a silver one (both 276's). Then on the way up the carridgeway at bellzihill mcds came up behind the silver 370Z Nismo. Gave an indicator flash but dunno if I got a funny look or not haha

My current 350Z official mats are gettin' a bit 'tatty' so possibly thinking about replacing them next month, but is anyone on here selling new items for a decent enough price (they seem to be hella' expensive for mats with a logo) or know somewhere I can get them? 350Z logo preferred but I'd take Nismo ones or whatever fits UK car lol I've seen people on here in the past with them but not sure if still doing them. Cheers for any help!

Theres a lot of chat about it not being so good on the track...but in reality how many people do that vs how many just want a fancy car lol It'll have plenty of power and it looks different...which is good. Wouldn't call it ugly, but def different. I like it.

Have a couple of marks on the bonnet and one decent sized chip.... the paint isn't pealing back after 2 n a bit years of jet wash (just the spray part...god knows why people use the grit ridden brush that people drop lol). Also the primer underneath is grey...the cars grey... the chip will be left lol. With any car but more so wedged low front end will attract them. As said, if it gets that bad a respray down the line but I wouldn't do it unless it was super bad or you have money burning a hole in your pocket lol

Is the noise at low speeds usually? More than likely your bushes are done, unless further damage to it.

Absoloutely raging at this (as if it actually mattered lol) that two of them will not 'let' their cars be timed. What nonesence, GET ON WITH IT FERRARI AND MCLAREN lol. Personally I do want the McLaren to win, but have a fear the ferrari might. Good on Porsche not bothering about the timing though. Was so looking forward to those times last night too!

Falken FK453's are just fine. There are better but there a good all rounder for the Z at a reasonable price (depending where you order them lol). I've just fired two rears on the other day or so. When you get the chance replace with the 453's (if you wanna stick to falkens) as I once kept 452's on one axle and 453's on the other, didn't feel too good, so I changed them all to 453's

Yeah the P1 driver doesnt look completely on the ball at some bits but even still....stunning performance lol

Sometimes different is better lol How many times have you seen dull-ass 3 series coupes, A5's, TT's, Merc C-class coupes kickin about. I don't look at them and think ooh a nice car I think,....theres a 3 series and continue with my day lol When I had the G37 out, everyone had their eyes on it I must say. Its got the look. Yes the interiors maybe not up to german rivals but still pretty good stuff, I think their generally cheaper than the german rivals too for the most part so more for your money usually. I don't like 'usual' personally, even though there are plenty of Z's out there, its still a 'sight' to most people in the street. Resale value is pretty much up to the person, I never bother about it, I buy a car to drive its nuts off and enjoy but also somewhere to chill and cruise... not so fussed on what its worth at the end as long as its not 2p. Nearly new used cars make a lot of sense. .... but that's just my opinion lol

Infiniti manuals feel different. Plus they will likely be 'tarted'around with for the infiniti models if there shared.

Infiniti are not good at manuals, even some people who work there might tell you that lol There auto's and paddle cars though are usually quite good. And we don't walk... we just plough on in and hope for the best

I've been considering something in the next year or so and it is an auto with paddles... mind you it also has 2 more cylinders The Zeds clutch is just annoying me in traffic now (and I've got an HR) Infiniti's courtesy cars have warmed me to auto/paddles lol As you can see from the pic the black looked mean as hell, it got a LOT of looks. Even a lady snapping her head back on a double decker bus to take a pic, while me & a mate looked on from a café laughing lol
