    Rear duraflex bumper

Fantastic, look frward to it. Nice mods on your car. I'm thinking wheel re-trim and gear knob, alloy refurbs and a bunch of small general things to take the tiredness away.

    Rear duraflex bumper

Brilliant, did you create a guide for the double reverse light mod?
  3. I'm ever so tempted to get a new rear bumper. About the only thing thats annoyed me about the car is the way the stock bumper has flexed and moved and doesnt sit flush with the body. Anyway, can someone in the know fill in the blanks please? I buy this £495, Find a bodyshop to colour match, prep and spray it £XXX ?!? Can the red light in the centre be wired up as fog and multiple flashing under hard breaking? Can reverse lights be wired up on both sides? (I like symmetry) I'm thinking keeping the standard spoiler. What are your opinions? http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/GB/NISSAN_350Z_2003-2008_DURAFLEX_AM-S_GT_REAR_BUMPER/108182_.aspx
  4. Can anyone advise what the plastic clips are called that hold the liner in place please? I'm missing one of them. I think its the same clips as the ones that go under the bonnet and hold the top of the bumper in place. I swapped the reflectors on the bumper finally last week and some of the clips needs to be replaced as they broke when i removed the bumper. The other thing in need to do is to replace the bolts on the bottom of the bumper that hold the gaud plastic in place on the bottom of the car. Does anyone know what these are called or what size bolts to buy? Thanks
  5. 'high fuel prices are due to the high cost of oil' Shouldn't that read 'high fuel prices are a combination of the high cost of oil and the 80 odd % tax we charge'???
  6. Well worth it. I don't have sky and probably never will get it, but having a freeview recorder really does change the way you watch TV.
  7. you should freeview recorder and set it for the series. It then records the new series so you never have to remember to set it up after you've done it once
  8. i'll see if i can make this. I'll let you know if i end up booking. Is your car on the road now Rich?
  9. call them and ask them to credit your current account.
  10. I'm after a partition plate, does anyone know where i can get one from?
  11. +1 shouldn't cost you a penny cause you've had it for such a short period.

    trolley jack

When you get your tyres changed, do you tell the geezers to use something else other than a trolly jack then?
  13. Happy Birthday mate, hope you had a good one.
  14. should help to give it more grip. My mates over in Canada say they keep a few bags of sand in the boot through the winter to help give it more traction.

  16. I get a taxi these days . Many years ago, early 90's, my mum and dad went to Portugal, left their Ford Fiesta at a private car park at Manchester Airport. When they got back the car had no petrol in it. What's worse is that it had another 200 miles on the clock . From what I remember they eventually got £50 compensation. Pete That's shocking! I didn't realise you even left your keys with them.... Thanks for the demonstration, I don't know if that's given me confidence or not! Was going to take a hard-shelled one but could take one that's like yours, looks like I'd need too! Thanks all for the welcome depends what option you choose, you have a cheap option where you leave the keys behind (they want the option of moving the car) or a slightly more expensive option where you keep the keys and the car is where you left it when you get back. I would NEVER leave my keys with anyone.
  17. try a double hex 10mm (i think it's 10 from memory) socket. it'll be a tight fit (you have to force it on) and you'll be able to undo it. I had to do it once on one of the pool cars at work cause no one could find the locking wheel nut key when it had a puncture. The only thing to be aware of is that you might not get the socket off the nut again.
