With mine the throttle controller has 3 plugs not 2 -Obd2 plug -Plug from throttle controller into throttle (By pedal) -plug from throttle controller to exisiting plug (that used to plug into were the throttle is by pedal) If that helps

should just be 2 plugs do you have the obd2 plug and the other plug - throttle sensor (looks square in shape on the face of it)

As far as im aware no as it sits on top of the plastidip layer which should be heavy coating and this is only light coating over the top,that's how the glossifier works so would of thought this would be the same

did they plug the switch back in? is the harness in the door hinge secure? other than that they may have knackered your motor maybe it was bit dodgy in first place
