Im heading that way this weekend if you are around

Just had a thought, my parents live in hereford and ive got family in abergavenny. If im up that way visiting i could give you a bell and you could hear Rosie in the flesh.

Tarmac was doing a brilliant deal with the gemini and berks, and i have to say the berks was the best thing i ever put on my 350z. It made the milltek sound amazing. But it did tend to drone a little and it kept triggering the ecu because of the air flow difference when it was cold and that is still an issue for the 370z. I know you can get that sorted though but i didnt want that hassle again. There is a fantastic video i posted about a road test of the gemini and berks on a blue 370z in the USA. The drive by sounded awesome, but for an every day drive maybe a little excessive. Lol. For now i wanted a nice quality sound, maybe i will upgrade to the berks later this year and i know that will be but for now im more than happy with the stillen as it is.....for now....

Spent lunch time today taking work colleagues out so they could see whats shes like lol. Popped over to a friend too and walking by there was a dad with his little boy in a pram. He stopped and turned around pointing to my car and waited for me to drive off while he and the kid smiled. Lol i love moments like that. And Chris, go on you kow you want too. Lol no point having a quiet 370

Yup, from what i read on the US forum there is absolutely no difference between the berks and the gemini cbe's. Side by side they look identical. This is only from what i read so i may be completely wrong however. My other worry was the feedback that the berks was too quiet. I think it would need the hfcs to sing to full potential.

This was my thinking 1) berks and invida Gemini are identical exhausts bar the name so berks was eliminated as you are simply paying a premium for the name 2) I was very very tempted by the gemini, it was £400 cheaper and sounded great on YouTube withberks but it was an unknown. I didn't know anyone with one or what it sounded like in the flesh. Alsoi had read reviews where a lot I people had said it was a quality sound but too quiet. I also read some stories about that exhaust cracking but they were rare. 3) Ultimately though it's all ebizeds fault as I've followed him many times and guns with the Stillen always sounded amazing. I wanted a piece of that. I trusted Colin's choice and the others on here who also went for Stillen. I thought better to pay a premium for a Quality exhaust I have heard on other cars. I didn't want to skimp on the exhaust after paying all that money for the 370 so just went for it. I feel I made the right decision Hope that helps

Took Rosie out for a little spin today to see what the Stillen sounded like. Took a quick video - apologise in advance as the vid is rubbish quality. I found out after i filmed it at 90 degrees so had to flip it and the sound doesnt do it justice but hopefully i'll do another soon Stillen sounds lovely, a little louder than the milltek but very similar but with more of an edge. Love it. May get the berks in the future but at present its a lovely quality exhaust for a quality car. Heres the vid - just doing nice gentle starts and drive bys. I was suprised when i gave the stillen a clean this morning. The pipes are so wide i could get my whole fist in with the mitt on !!!!!! On the way back my friend took me to Blackwood, they have a big air strip there and its all been set up for a scene from the new film Rush telling the story of Niki Lauda - was strange seeing a grandstand in the middle of nowhere full of dummies and a mock pit lane from the past. Will be going up there later in the year as Olivia Wilde is in it - she was soooo gorgeous in Tron.

The world is full of idiots with no consideration for anything or anyone other than those who are sat in the big metal box with them. That is until something goes wrong and they get a reality check. Im constantly amazed about the standard of driving i see on a regular basis. Its as if some people get in a car and their brains just switch off.

Well had a great day today. An early start to get over to Total Tyres who were stars and did stirling work getting the Stillen onto little old Rosie. Sorry for the rubbish iphone pics Out with the old: And on with the new And the unveiling - shiny Old and new compared - really suprised how much heavier the Stillen is It does stick out a little more than anticipated when viewed at certain angles but looks fine Those pipes are big though - looks like Rosie has two rocket launchers hidden up her skirt Was great to see Colin, Darren and Graham come along to see the operation. Great comeraderie which shows what a great forum this is. And an excuse for another meet / drive Fantastic breakie at Grahams - you were bang on that bread and bacon was lovely. Good to see Adrian and Taras join us for the trip down to Eastbourne - Guys your cars sounded amazing. Nearly as good as the milltek / berks combo - joking they sounded awesome. The drive down was fantastic - i absolutely love the sound of the Stillen - at last it sounds just like a sports car should. Reminded me very much of a louder nicer milltek. Got down to Eastbourve in the pouring rain to meet iain and his crazy quick focus. Man that thing flies. Took me for a drive after and it was wheel spinning through every gear. Its going to clash with Wales so its a no go - tempted for next year but i have a special road trip planned for 2013 that doesnt involve the zed and its going to be amazing.

I didnt have to worry about it as i got the garage to pay mine for me as part of the deal I think a full year is around £460
