I'm running 285 on 10j with the tyre wall just protruding the rim so kerb parking not an issue.

Two things to consider I have found in the past is firstly, a vendor ignores an agents valuation, and goes higher than advised, and the second is if you have had two valuations done, the much higher one sets it high only to get it on his books over priced, only to then drop it down to its real worth after no takers.
