Big roll of this stuff arrived today,
Its satin black, camera phone isn't the best
I will attempt the roof and A pillar trim sometime soon, have a tiny bit of bubbling on the paint near the windscreen seal so I will need to sort that first.
Well she has a big butt now but....
Skinny shoulders no sign of the other box containing the front wings.
Need to wash the car as masking tape isn't sticking so can't see what it looks like yet.
Not if the hood catch looks secure/beefy enough, I have ran without them for years.... but have a set of hood pins I really should install so I can do a vmax day.
Tut, tut, shouldn't be on your phone thought the garage was built?
Strongly recommend Infinity Glasgow.
Welcome to the forum and the loss of many hours of reading good/random posts.
Areocatch if you want the hidden look, can get locking ones too, or driftworks sell normal ones you don't have to drill a big grove out to fit. As for fitting D.I.Y.
I got a set from ZMANALEX years ago still in my tool box I think, never used them but the quality on them is great, (don't know if I would sell them as the postage would be probably 1/4 of the cost of them also handy to hang on to... like everything else in my attic )
Lag is more dependent on pipe length and turbo size, yes the tuner can dump fuel into they system or have an anti lag setup but it will not be as effective as the previous points.
Everyone has those parts and just not loving them, went at it with the reciprocating saw again to widen the mouth some more, as no one can get the bumpers I like
Also I plan on wrapping the car satin black and those canards will make it impossible!
The air filter now gets better air flow than the standard vortech filter which is cram'd behind the radiator in the oem box location which is fed through a small hole in the support and is not in direct air flow either. Then new filter is an 1" away from fresh air and the buffering around the flat face of the intercooler will push past the smaller drift armor bash bar with ease.
I hope you are not parting this car out mate! It would be such a shame!
Unfortunately everything will be up for grabs this weekend. It's time to move on I think
Bigger and better things?
