I am over the Mon this morning, my nephew Seargent Major Karl Ley won the Award for the most outstanding soldier at the millie awards last night. he is an explosives engineer and defused more than 139 I.E.Ds in one tour of duty. Karl is only 29 a very laid back young man with children and married to Kay Louise.He is at the Palace today collecting the George Cross from H.M.The Queen. And still drives around in a battered old ford fiesta. WELL DONE KARL.
