Any of the sizes above will work. The majority use 245 front 275 rear.

Not sure you'd feel a massive difference between the two in terms of power, there are a few threads about it though. Getting more than 330hp in any normally aspirated 350z is very difficult and will cost you a fortune, so much so that is would probably work out cheaper to go forced induction ie Supercharger or Turbo and have ~400 hp Do not get a 350z if you want to chase HP. IT WILL COST YOU LOTS !!

+1 +2 Won't do any harm to drive it, Just be aware that your Traction control and maybe your ABS won't be working. Getting new tyres all round is the best decision. Also get the best ones your budget will allow.

On 19in rims you should have 245/35 f and 275/35 r.. Your ESP will go ape sh@t on those sizes +1

Nice one mark! Glad you enjoyed the experience. To me, yours looks by far the best there as it has been modded in a mature way and is a propper car in the first place. I know so much time, money and effort goes into these cars but to me that just looks like a full on chav lineup With the exception of yours and that little grey Honda. I must be getting old.

Might leak with only one screw in but drive it to a hardware store and take it out to compare for a new one.
