Ive asked the question about the ball joints so will let you know. Teins are double the price and are not stainless steel so I doubt these will be tbh. I can treat the ball joints with some rust preventative oil that we use on our machined parts at work to give them extra protection if anyone wishes me to do so. Fixings are black so will be fine. I must add that these are not recommended for Carbon Fibre bonnets though BM.

Thanks guys, Im not going to do anything tbh, im certainly not getting involved in any legal matters, I don't have the time, money or effort to put into it 'even if I was bothered about the money'.
