  1. Used these a few times. Always delivered and at a good price.
  2. Tempur........ Exclusivity indeed. Aren't you so glad you chose that colour.
  3. Thing is I had my own idea's for the wheels, but Brian said "Leave 1 wheel with me, I'll do what I have in mind. I'll give you a call when it's done, look at it and if you don't like it you don't have pay." Now you can't be fairer than that. I couldn't be happier. They look superb and the finish is really high quality, considering this was not just a re-colour as well . The wheels all had major curbing and some bits of corrosion. This is a 3 colour finish and covers the whole wheel too, not just the face, so nowhere for water to get in. He also recommends nitrogen filling with RAYS which also stops moisture reaction inside and helps preserve the wheels. I'll put up some before shots later to show what they were before.
  4. Must give a plug to Brian and his lads at.... "THE WHEEL SPECIALIST" in Garforth near Leeds. 0113 287 3005
  5. Hi All, Thought I would share this... As you may know had issues with RAYS on MY58 Z. The RAYS are corroding and still waiting for Nissan to sort it. So, bought a set from a forum member that needed a lot of TLC and this is the result. Might have been done before, but don't know for sure. These are Smoked Chrome spokes with a polished rim and black hoop behind (Inboard). Sorry the picture is low res and doe's not do them justice. will post better one when I get tyres fitted Hope you like.... They're stunning in the Sun.
  6. Noooooooo....... And I obviously like orange........

    N1 Woes.

Hi All, It is know that I was not a happy bunny after my kit was fitted. (Crap colour match and crap finish). However I'm stuck with the N1 boot as the boot lid is drilled. Suggestions or opinions:- 1. Can I get the spoiler blade wrapped. Carbon as I have some carbon accent pieces already. (Cheap option) or.... 2. Can I buy a new blade in carbon and change that and lastly......... 3. Buy a totally new unit in carbon and change the whole spoiler. Remember the car is Tempur (Asbo Orange). Anybody fancy the challenge of wrapping this abortion? Thanks.
  11. Thanks all. We try our best. Glad you like the program.
  12. There ya go..... The reason I removed the kit is obvious. The painter was not up to the job and the colour was way off. Long story. I was really unhappy when I got the car back, especially as the parts I used were all top quality. (Not cheap). Had to keep the N1 boot spoiler as they'd drilled the boot lid, but that still needs repainting. Hope this helps.
  13. P.S. This is all I have left......
  14. Hi All, Just have 1 front lip for sale..... Suzuka type for facelift Z. £266. From Z store USA. £150 ono, just needs fitting and painting.
  15. Hey..... Are you all turning into spotters. Try to get out more chaps.
  16. Hi, I have a front lip for sale. All thats left of my kit. look at the link and you'll see it. Nice lip, Not too mental and a good fit. Just get a good painter. viewtopic.php?f=32&t=39079 Its for face lift Z though. Can't see what yours is.
  17. that did make me laugh. Thanks.
  18. Yup ! It's blistered. It's a raised blemish. When i pressed it it cracked and paint fell off. Digusted. I wondered if anyone here might have an inside track on how I should proceed with Nissan. with the dealer or direct with customer services? Bugger Surely the dealer you got it from? No. Bought it new in London from WLMG. I'm up here in Yorkshire. So going to my local dealer in Halifax on Tuesday.

  20. Yup, That's what I found. Came back form holiday at the weekend and washed the Z on Sunday. I got to the roof and see what i think is bird crap, but no it's a blister in the paint. 6 inches from the front edge and about the same in from the passenger side. Finger nail size. Gutted. I can't believe what I'm seeing. My Z is just 2 years old with less than 20,000 on the clock, has been cared for like a baby and has more wax on it the a bumble bee's arse. Anyone from the forum who's seen my car knows how much I look after it. What to do. I contacted the dealer I use for the service, but the Service manager is away untill next Tuesday, So cant take it in till then. Can anyone in the know give me some advice on how they may proceed? I know they'll probably try the stone chip 2 step (I can't see one). but surly the body corrosion coat should have stopped any blistering. I have a couple on the bonnet front edge, but they haven't moved. The whole roof will have to be re-painted, but in my colour, how that will go I can only guess. I'm just so dissappointed and feel let down by Nissan for this to happen. It's the most I've ever spent on a car and is my pride and joy.
  21. Hey, I was at xscape today. I didnt see any of ya. Saw the Black Modded one. Its there quite often. (As am I) Must put a card on it at some point.
  22. Like you building my own (And everyone else's who knows me for years) The first Computers i worked on had a 1Mb hard drive. God how far we've come. Windows 7 is just spot on. I see the alure of Mac, but the price is prohibitive and repairs mind blowing. Although I'd be lost without my iphone. Always give AMD a look too. The PC I built for myself Xmas 09 is AMD based Phenom 11 955 Black edition over clocked and stable at 4Ghz. with lots of RAM and a Solid State system hard drive, not forgetting the massive Vapour X graphics card. Its just unreal to use for anything. If you want to just use a few apps and dont need the power, build one on a budget to match. easy nowadays.
