lmao should have kept this one quiet mate, you're starting a craze... i was looking at the carbon fins for the front end originally but i dont know what to do.... the cars of the road after the show on the 22nd and getting stripped for the winter. time to start getting it ready for next year.

can anyone throw a photoshop up of these on a nismo front end as i may also be interested in something similar...

my 2006 300 model does it, there was a feature on tv when testing them and they called it the palm tickler... think its just part of the whole set up and noisey drivetrain... noubt to worry about

It's normal, you will get used to it. It's generally worse when cold. I don't even notice mines now.

I doubt you'll find a set on here. Most people run same size rims all round. Don't know how this affects your traction control etc. Where are you based? Is it the uk?

It was more about the cost aswell that made it rare. Factory fitted it was very expensive a with anything nismo then labour costs etc.

dont worry about it mate, you'll get used to it.. keep it filled to the brim and fill at half way... there was a post on a forum somewhere about how once you go buy half a tank the other half of your tank is filled with petrol vapour which you wont get to use, so if u minimise this then you'll get better miles for your money. ie if you run your car low you have about 60-70 litres of petrol vapour in your tank, dont know how much this when in its liquid state, but as soon as you open your fuel tank it all escapes... also buy fuel early in the morning when ambient air temps have been at there lowest and the fuel is in its most dense state... cant remember where i read it but there does seem some logic in it

yep the cameras have that effect, i can remember a post in the last few weeks about someones car and it looked really bad in the photos but in person its almost perfect

I'm just throwing in an idea as I'm not sure but, could the battery be going flat in the key and the immobiliser isn't picking up the signal? Try your spare and see if it still does it.

kl mate, they said to me i could send it back if i was really that unhappy, but to be honest it was gonna get scratched with stones etc anyways so i wasnt to worried. let us know how you get on

mines came like this aswell, i called up and they said because there hand made they have to be sat on benches etc so they do get some scratches, i got some cash back on mines and the dent i have isnt visible unless you get the bumper tuck.

there was no uk nismo cars ever made... what you did get was a factory fit, like mines. basically all the parts were ordered and put on before delivery from the factory. it took 3 months for my car to come from being ordered(according to nissan) as the guy spec'd it with as much nismo stuff he could buy... (before anyone comments, it did also have the nismo zorst, but got sold) even some of the aftermarket genuine nismo kits dont fit perfect, the biggest thing i noticed was with the spoiler, the fins at the side which come down to meet the bootlid should be tight fitting, mines are really tight with no gap, where as alot of them i have seen, even though genuine, have gaps.
