    Quickie Q

thats only half a tank a week for work then half a tank for weekend fun
  2. i think these are still for sale due to the price being too high. I have seen sets struggle to go for 150ish with tyres. I only paid 400 for rays I can see lukes point, he's spent £260 on tyres. You'd probably be better off selling the tyres for £70 each and the wheels for £150 on ebay I'd sell the rubber seperate and i think you'd struggle to get 100 for the wheels without tyres.
  3. great price for somebody looking for winter wheels. If nobody buy these from you then I would recommend using them as the salt will kill your wheels. One of the guys up here had finichi's and they were in pretty bad condition from the winter
  4. offers on stuff welcome
  5. 2 x 225 w/6mm tread left still for sale - £50 each delivered 2 x 245 w/2-3mm tread left (track work recommended only) -£25 each delivered If nobody want the rears I will quite happily go and do some drifting on them
  6. v-power 99 is 1.42.99 up here

on the motorway i seen 34 mpg... once......... i actually took a photo as i couldnt believe it, i usually average around 12mpg you could end up paying in the long run alot more due to other engine problems etc. I usually live by the motto "play the game but break the rules" but this is one rule I recommend not breaking. (i can't anyways as i'm mapped on 99ron )

    IM BACK !!

35's should be all round. I run 275/35/19 on rear though. The car looks really nice and really suits you. PS nice slippers (guy in pic with bullet)

most garages sell optimum/high ron fuel these days, The car will not run correctly, it will go onto high det map and theres still a risk that if you're ragging every rev out it that it could go boom. There is a risk. Nissan would not recommend 98 if the could have recommended 95. There is an obvious compromise.
  10. there was a fix posted up a while ago to straighten the k1.... something that can be done with the mounting rubbers

why scrimp an extra couple of pence a litre, ie 4quid a tank and compromise the optimal running of the engine?

  13. Sadly though, like any car it also comes to a complete standstill when 'interfacing' with a lampost Haha it never died though It lived but needed new suspension, arms, door, seat+airbag, sideskirt and 2 wheels. Total bill 4.7k
  14. My cooper s jcw had a new gearbox at 23k miles, new clutch and flywheel, steering rack, power steering pump and exhaust... All under warranty though. Awesome car though and very very fast when the supercharger/intercooler is played with
  15. It certainly looks brilliant mate. Alot of cars have minor incidents that arent recorded. It's no big deal. The good thing is now you are much happier with it and get to keep it in it's glory
  16. So was this car crashed before it came to get resprayed or was it crashed previously and repaired badly.
  17. The buddy club will wake up your neighbours from 2 miles away without the bungs. The scorpion is pretty loud when beasted and silent on long journeys. The k1 with bungs in sounds perfect IMO but t's just a shame it looks so shite and has fitment issues.
  18. +1 Seems like you done this just for cash and will do the same over on the supra forum. The price you paid for this car is also known on here as it was up for sale for ages. It also doesn't have the correct wheels which is usually the reason people go for the gt4 spec car(as it's unique). Right now it's just a damage/repaired yellow zed with nothing different from any other car.
  19. Nice t-shirt by the way " I make great babies" .... Legend
  20. It's the revup model matey. Facelift dash requires post 06
