not really ice and electronics but its a common issue and you can get the struts gassed up to a higher pressure. if you search you will find lots of info like the removal of heavy bits inside the boot lid

yep, get some grips on it REALLY tight and hold on. some knobs are easy, some are threadlocked to a ridiculous level

and so the nob jokes begin most important thing is holding your shaft really hard with grips when you twist to make sure you dont damage the box
