  1. Sorry sir, all greek to me! A better question now would be; were there any strange sized bolts after all?
  2. Welcome! Also would heartily recommend Falcon too!
  3. Good first race. Think that DRS will come more into the fore on some of the longer straights in the rest of the year - Australia's ain't the longest, lets be honest. Very impressive drive by Petrov, and good results for the two rookies out there too!
  4. Incredible - same job over hear would be lucky to see results in 5 years!
  5. Not familiar with these LV? services, but it could just be a mistake by Nissan - wouldn't be the first time! Just make sure the next is a P3, and for peace of mind I'd go with a specialist independant recommended from here.
  6. Try restart the phone maybe first? Just tried this as well, very impressive for a phone app, nice one!
  7. ^^ but trying to re-iterate my point from my earlier post, that's what they should take the money out of camera schemes and put it into a proper awareness/anticipation test. Imagine if it was compulsory across the UK - be lucky of half of UK drivers would still be on the road the next day, heh.
  8. The issue of speeding here aside, I'd like to touch on cameras however. I just can't see what safety they promote, as they have bred the habit of staring at ones speedo, taking your eyes from the road. I'd rather see all the money invested in these camera projects put into something more akin to a compulsory course for new drivers and people involved in an accident along the theme of an advanced awareness/anticipation simulation. Cameras don't teach anything but clock watching, but forcing drivers to face up to their hopeless awareness/anticipation may save a lot more lives in future. imo anyway.
  9. Likewise. Believe it's on the MOT list from now on for new vehicles only.
  10. Yep, air in ze pipes. The bleed procedure is something along the lines of what HaydnH alluded too I understand, full lock each way as it's self bleeding. Maybe PM one of the specialists on the board to double check. :pmr35lee: PM CS, PM Chilli Red button, etc.
  11. Some beautiful pics there, nice one. Got to agree though, ZR1
  12. haha, maybe not - but hey, you might get a local outbreak of drifting converts in your area. Next thing you know, old biddies be sliding they're mobility scooters!
  13. Amazing. That wiring looked a nightmare, but you've somehow made it look tidy. Nice to see your getting some decent coverage too!
  14. Fascinating stuff - won't pretend to understand that testing going on there, but looking forward to seeing how this progresses!
  15. Hmm that sounds a little bit like an issue I had recently with power steering. Check the powersteering tank and see if it's down on the cold min? If so, have a look for a leak, may be able to spot the drips on the undertray if you can get some light and an angle to look down inside the engine bay? In my case, these high pressure pipes that sit on the passenger side had seen some weather and developed an ever so gradual leak (all greek to me, but Steve gave me a gander at the goosed part). It's a part nissan have recalled & uprated, and sponsored to keep the price down thankfully, and Falcon sorted it all out for me.
  16. Welcome! Try some silicone grease on the rubber stoppers inside the passenger door and under the boot? From the dials is odd though - try adjusting it up and down a bit, more play than expected? Or it could be the trim immeadiately to the right of the cluster - that is fairly prone to a rattle it seems!
  17. Looks good; wheels suit the car. Be worth while giving the documentation some more scrutiny (translator on standby!), see how many km's shes done in Japan.
  18. Love that, will certainly look the business on track!
  19. Seemed to have white Rota GTR's & a single exit? Looked sweet anyway!
  20. They are very brave to have them close ups of the interior. Shocking.
