  1. The v2 isn't for me but glad to see you getting more zeditis!
  2. Hi guys. My car was at the electrics installer today for a rear view camera plus engine start button( pics to come in build thread). We got discussing speakers and sub upgrades. We've agreed on focal ps165fx speakers for the car. The debating point is the sub/amp. As you know Zeds can be awkward to replace the Bose sub due to the angle/depth of the cubby. We have been looking at using a focal DSA500RT amp/sub box being installed up the rear strut brace. Has anyone got any experience with such a model? What were your thoughts? Cheers
  3. .... I'm kind of speechless. I like to be happy for anyone doing what they can to their cars with whatever budget allows them to but that's not right. Rat look only works on classic American/Australian cars.
  4. Just looking back at this thread. I love that steering wheel and I've not long sent mine off to Royal steering wheels with almost the same style coming back.
  5. That must've been a special moment! Haha
  6. The la Ferrari seems to be my white unicorn. I've started getting into car photography and everywhere I've went there's yet to be one.
  7. Just thought I'd share a vid that I captured at a recent car meet. Wasn't much revving action so I put some of YouTubes finest approved tacky music over the top. So enjoy
  8. Great work. This will be fantastic when finished.
  9. Such a great location for a shoot. With the orange being a huge contrast. Is that paint or wrap? Looks awesome!
  10. I'm not exactly sure on what you mean Gareth could you elaborate a bit for me? I'm going to take the flywheel into Infiniti and double check with the guys in there to let me know what they think but it always helps to know a little before I go. Thanks.
  11. Any clutch gurus confirm on the parts I've got/require now? Please lol
  12. Id say they were very good prices. Considering the extras plus finding a large selection of good Zeds north of the border isn't quite as easy. GLWTS
  13. Wow that's unfortunate. At least no injury to yourself.. Well except the to the wallet. I'd get a replacement front bumper. If you can find a local scrapyard/breaker with the same colour standard bumpers are relatively cheap. So would save about £200 plus cost of a respray and means you get no hassle for unused gifts lol
  14. Time for a little update. I bought some spare centre console parts so they are currently getting sprayed gloss black. Having to replace my rear view camera as it took in water, this gave me an excuse to get an engine start button fitted. That's happening next Saturday. I also purchased a spare steering wheel which has been posted to Royal steering wheels this morning for a retrim and reshape. Pics soon to follow!
  15. After reading all this... I think I'll check my oil first thing tomorrow lol
  16. It's just recently had the clutch slave cylinder and braided line so the nismo flywheel and clutch will be fitted soon. Then that's it had a full clutch system overhaul.
  17. Yep got a braided line and new slave cylinder from Torqen. I will probably use clarks for the clutch kit just wondering about using this flywheel though.
  18. Anybody with call of duty on the ps4 add me marty_bhoy
  19. My car is on 90k miles. As with all Zeds, it's a little notchy in and out some gears. I think with age/miles a full overhaul would be good for it. Plus a slight improvement in throttle response would be beneficial. Did you change the flywheel? Any clutch gurus out there able to help with my part list?
  20. Welcome and hope it's nothing serious
  21. Hi guys, I have another group of mods in the works and one soon to follow will be my new clutch and flywheel. I managed to get a hold of a nismo single mass flywheel. I know there is mixed reviews on it but I've decided to go with it. My issue is what other parts do I require when sending it to Infiniti to fit. I have the following; Nismo flywheel Chromoly clutch pivot And nismo roller bearing. Will an exedy oem replacement clutch kit be all I require? Ie clutch, plate and release bearing? Cheers guys first time I've had to replace a clutch on any car.
  22. Yeah that hangs out too much at the front for me. Still it's all about what you like/want.
