Hmmm ... I've been tempted to have a go at this for a while now but just have this feeling that I'm going to end up completely melting my light ... Is there any reason that you left the reflector in the cluster? Does it look any different to the opposite side with the reflector in?

I use my Zed as a daily driver and do around 200 miles a week to and from work on A-Roads .. I usually fill up £50 on Monday morning and that lasts me until the following Monday morning ... I think I get around 22mpg on average ... there have been a few weeks where I have got 26 but mostly it's in the 22 - 24 mpg mark ..

I had something similar on my Zed a while back ... Turned out to be Crank Position Sensor ... but I did have a CEL on which helped me diagnose the fault ... -

Hi, I recently changed mine for some smoked reflectors and it's deifinitely a bumper-off job .. I did try changing them by removing part of the arch liners but it's simply not possible ...
