IIRC the french league teams aren't allowed to spend beyond their means, so debts are minimalised - not at the £500 to £700 million level that Liverpool and Man U have. Time for a limit on debt levels, as well as a limit on the number of foreigners on the pitch at any one time - you can have 15 in your squad (so no restraint of trade arguments) but not play more than 5 at any time. Might as well throw in a salary cap too as well - perhaps a total wage bill limit like in the Rugby Premiership

Why not just put the heated seat pad in the glovebox and sit the bottle on it? That way you heat the bottle and not the empty space around it
