I am busy getting the boat ready for our summer trip We are leaving Monaco around the 25th July and going to Italy, Greece, Croitia, Greece, Italy and then back to Monaco The boats we are taking

Mine is not too hard to work out Z and I live and work on the Cote d Azur

I have just spent 4 days fixing the faulty hydraulic steering system on the boat, had to change 8 faulty valves in the end. Also have a problem with the 12 volt charging system on the domestic battery system. So 2 faults and the boat is 2001, so does it qualify for a old, faulty machine

I think you will find Schuey is only allowed to drive Ferrari, Fiat etc only cars owned by or associated with Ferrari hence the reason he mentoned the Abarth as his normal car and the Fiat people carrier as his family car. The only exception I think is the Race of Champions but he was not alowed to drive the Aston as mentioned before. Good bit of tv and got some interest in Top Gear again. The FXX sounded great but I love the sound of the Mercedes SLR at full chat on a track, it sounds like an old fashioned fighter plane it sounds amazing

Hi Stan, The Froggy police don't muck around here and will give you an on the spot fine if all is not correct. As mentioned before you should do the headlights. You also need a red warning triangle. You also need a green reflective jacket which you must be able to put it on before getting out of the car, if you fail to have this as of the 1st July last year this has a 70 euro on the spot fine and this is why you will see alot of cars with the green jacket on the back of the driver's seat visable. You are also meant to have spare bulbs but they don't seem to inforce this. Re the ramps I left on the ferry from Portsmouth and had problems with the height and took the ramps at an angle but found the loading guy's very helpfull and used to this problem. Also make sure you have all your documents with you, the frogs love their paperwork and can make life really tricky if not all in order. Quite a few police around with hair dryers to check your forward progress so be carefull, if you see a picture of a camera on a sign slow down there will be a camera or just speed up and and at least make the fine worth it. The FIA could pull from a circuit after the years approval is up, meaning that the circuit would loose 80% of it customers, thus making it a very real threat to financial lose to the circuit despite perhaps having the breakaway series income. And they circuits just couldnt afford that. Bernie is stupid, thats the problem, he is going to make it the driver that wins the most races, not have the most points win the championship remember!?! crazy talk !! The whole reason this is even coming about is because bernie and co. fear they have lost the majority of its fan base due to the bigger teams having far superior funds and develping a car thats alot quicker than the others. Thus making the sport not as competitive, with less overtaking and not as exciting (opions only of course) Me, i love the sport the way it is/was. Caps are not needed just people with more balls and money You would loose the Monaco race as they are tied into a long contract with the FIA and to stage another race in Monaco would cause even more headaches and would cost too much money unless it was the week before or after the F1 race, and I am not sure that would work. Some of you may not be aware of this but the Monaco F1 race is the first race date set every year and then the rest of the calender is then worked out after that. Monaco has so many other events taking place during the year and also has a alot of cruise ships that come in with the tourist trade and all the cruise date shedules have to be worked out with the cruise ship companys and Monaco port etc.

My job takes up a huge amount of my time with running the boat, the summer boat trip to Greece etc and being the main buyer for all my boss's toys When I do find some spare time I have 4 remote controlled helicopters and a remote controlled nitro boat. I also did windsurfing for about 18 years but not recently and I also used to race jet ski's in the British championship many years ago. Seem to also spend quite alot of time polishing and playing with the Z like others on this site Note to myself-must try and get a life

Thanks guy's, I thought when I looked at mine a couple of months ago the oil/volt guage was on 1 circuit board and the temp was on it's own connected by a cable so was hoping to be able to sort something out to try and solve my problem. I was hoping to be able to remove the small screen on the temp and replace it with the C temp screen

Do you know this for sure? I have read through numerous posts on the 2 USA sites and they all say the temp guage cannot be changed from F to C, but I would love for this info to be wrong
