  1. nice one, But it has me thinking, that stuff was on there for a reason I suppose, like protect the paint or something. Shouldn't that stuff get replaced with something else or not?
  2. is it actually a Power Enterprise Item or a unknown brand with the sticker on?
  3. Nah, only jesting...
  4. I'm offering a whole car!!!!
  5.
  6. Ok...how about.... A 1992 Honda Prelude with no road tax, but MOT till Nov, Tein Coilovers, induction kit and loud zorst, Momo steering Wheel, 17" wheels, plus set of standard wheels  btw, are your BBS the right offset or have they got spacers on them?
  7. How about swapping for an OEM Blade Silver bonnet?
  8. Either Nurrish has been busy with sparycans again or they have been resprayed to be fitted to a Impreza.
  9. This being for the Bluwater meet right ? Well looking at the thread title, I would assume so,
  10. All done and running fine. I actually got the rare chance to use my iroda gas soldering iron, great bit of kit, due to it's cordless nature. The one thing I did notice tho is when I re-attached the battery and set about adjusting the clock, I noticed that the rpm setting had gone back to stock, which is at 6600rpm, up till now I thought it was 6000rpm cos that was what mine was set at since I bought it. You learn something new everyday...
  11. First stop for OEM Nissan bits, I'd say give either ZMANALEX or R35LEE a PM, other than that, I'd say Holdcrofts. I'm not sure, but it also may be worth asking Chilli Red too (Envy South)
  12. well, I popped round rtbiscuits last night and saw how his 5-wire was hooked up and took photos. Looks like I have the same kit and will be able to re-use the existing grounding point bolts. I noticed that the UK model has the bolts around the plenum already, whereas the US model don't, hence their need for extra bolts. Could be wrong tho.
  13. I'm sticking with the Brands meet for now, if I add the BlueWater one too, that's at least two trips thru the tunnel going home, which is bad, because it will make me buy a loud exhaust sooner than later.
  14. No bulbs need changing at all, if this occured after 7pm, then it means your Zed has entered the secret "Disco Mode"
  15. As long as it's not carbon fibre, I should be safe...
  16. My first thought after reading about the protesters at the soldiers homecoming was this Well, if you believe so strongly in what you preach, then what are you doing in the UK? Surely tyou should be fighting side by side with your religeous brothers to keep the british soldiers out of your land. But no, you rather live in the UK and abuse the UK law so you can have your little protest. Oh btw, the UK law is also protected by all those who serve in the UK armed forces, the UK law is a result of the sacrifices that many a soldier has given in the past. But no, you protesters are right of course. I'm glad that someone went up on a rooftop to throw a packet of bacon at you, you bunch of deluded, cowardly, spineless gits
  17. Well, tbh....the one single thing I absolutely LOVE about the Chillis is their awesome hospitality. I challenge you to find me a trader that makes you cups of tea and bacon rolls served with a smile.
  18. Welcome to the forums and I salute a fellow East Anglian. I should take you with me when I visit the Chillis next time. If you are like me, bring your wallet, you'll love it there
  19. At least I know I got entertainment value, hehe
  20. OEM Nissan that came with the car, lol Another thing on my long list of stuff to change...
  21. Yeah, I had a look online for guides and found the one on Nissan Z Tech, but that guide is for US models and they seem to require additional bolts, whereas us UK owners (which are more clever) don't require additional bolts, and also route the wiring differently due to the battery being positioned on the other side as the US models. Like I mentioned to Andy on MSN, we sent the dumb ones to the US and the criminals to Oz (no malice intended bronzee)
  22. Hmmm, it does sound nice
  23. The cat must have the "Horns Of Rock" in it's genes tho...
  24. Well currently I'm waiting on instructions of how to fit a grounding kit. Bagged a kit off Andy from Kudos Automotive, but Andy couldn't find the instructions, but they are on the way, as he's found them since. Spent this morning re-organizing the watercooling on my PC and it's a gorgeous day outside, so might just go for a relaxing drive. Depending on how things go, I may either concentrate on wheels next or stick to the engine bay dress up (polished plenum, carbon cooling plate, engine cover, strut brace...you kno, the usual).
  25. Your best bet will be to PM either ZMANALEX or R35LEE, they are a great source for second hand spares.
