    As mentioned before, last year BMW had a software glitch in their security systems. The thieves gained access by exploiting this glitch which exploited remote unlocking of the car for emergency reasons and then resetting the alert and driving away with a master coded key. BMW fixed this glitch with a software update

    I would check if the heat shield has come loose between backbox and boot floor. Mine had corroded at the fixing points and was loose. Solution.....ripped it out

    In my own opinion, I'd only be looking at lightweight wheels AFTER - considering that the Zed is to become a track car only - have stripped out everything from the interior that is not needed For a daily driver I don't believe that fitting lightweight wheels will make that much of a difference. But that's just my opinion though
