That's the first time Iv heard a good report about Harry fairbairn lol. Not as bad as the branch in town (Douglas Park?), went there to test drive an e46 m3 before getting the zed. Spoke to the guy, arranged a date/time but me being dressed casual and looking young for my age, 5 years ago, he thought I was at it and didn't expect me to return Went there at the agreed time, he was with a customer at his desk so I waited patiently. The guy knew I was standing there but in 10 minutes he didn't even look at me once. Complained to reception and had to wait another 20 mins before someone entertained me Finally went on the test drive with steam coming out my ears, hates the car cos I was so pi**ed off, the salesman slated the zed to try to get the m3 shifted. As you guys know that was followed by 4 great years of zed ownership

With an aggressive front like the amuse I would say spend the extra on aggressive skirts to give it more width

Having gone from a zed to an r33 I do like the turbo kicking in and at higher end the way it just keeps pulling, the pops and flames are nice too but I do miss the lazy power lower end of the zed and the noise of the v6 I imagine the sx turbo will feel similar to the skyline but faster since yours was tuned. Comparing the sx to the zed- both very different but both great in their own right

I think any colour other than black or a standard car and probably other styles of wheel and it would look wrong. I'm usually boring when it comes to wheels and only like silver or anthracite but if you achieve "that look" I might be persuaded. Of the colours suggested so far the house of colour purple is the best

To be honest red goes with the majority of colours on most cars. I had a few red touches on the zed. Would love to go with a funky colour on the skyline calipers but with a few red touches already there and more coming it's gonna have to be red again, maybe a different shade though Not seen red calipers on a standard zed yet?

What he said The 350GT is a nice car and great if you want a zed but need rear seats. The dash doesn't look as good as the zed I remember the zed with the rear seats added into the boot. Don't think an oompa loompa would feel safe in them

Not feeling blue on the rays- not spokes, definitely not a lip. Go for plain anthracite or shadow chrome. If you want colour get the calipers done but dont limit yourself to blue, several colours could work. Here's my azure with red calipers and wheels painted smoked chrome including the lips
