  1. Welcome to the forum Chris. My zed will be up for sale soon, so keep an eye open in the for sale section of the forum. P.S. Loving the new sig Jay.
  2. I am only putting this sale thread on the forum for the time being, as I would like the car to go to someone on the forum. I bought the car last November from a forum member on here (MWTech) who is a trader on this site. A lot of other members can vouch for it being a good clean, straight car. 2003 (53 registered) Gunmetal GT, with Rays and Alzean leather. 55k miles All MOT history from new, and a clean MOT last March. Part Nissan History, and I put it through a P2 service in December at Nissan at 47k miles. Windows professionally tinted Exedy clutch and fidanza flywheel replaced at 38k miles. Brakes were replaced at 40+ k miles with new grooved disks on the back. Good Bridgestone tyres all round. Car has been detailed twice by myself, and the paintwork (apart from the front bumper) is in excellent condition for a car it's age with nearly no swirl marks, and no dings on the bodywork. I may remove the exhaust before sale and put on the standard exhaust. BAD POINTS, REGARDLESS OF HOW SMALL, IM JUST BEING HONEST Alloys have slight kerbing to them.. caused by previous owner to MWTech. Usual stone chips to front bumper. This car has been used mainly as a commuting car by myself and Martin (Mwtech) and it has not been thrashed. £8500 Thanks
  3. I found that my bumper was slightly scratched after taking my front plate holder. As the holder is actually bigger than the number plate itself, it looked bad. IMO without holder, and standard size.
  4. Bloody hell rapid!! When can I get shotgun in yours Paul?
  5. In the past week, a particularly annoying whistle has started. It only happens from 30-50mph. I know it is from the mirror, because if I place my hand over the back of the casing, the whistle stops. I have removed the doorcard, and tightened everything up including the wingmirror - but still no joy. Any ideas? Muchos gracias.
  6. Hello Doug, your car was looking sweet. I seen you in my rear view mirror approaching the M73 cut off at a fair few leptons How did you know it was me?
  7. I would replace it just to be on the safe side mate. Skimping on a tyre is not worth if it blows on you at 70mph on the motorway.
  8. Thanks for the guide AlexZ. It came in handy today tightening the bolts for my mirror to fix an annoying squeak. Cheers buddy.
  9. Great job. It looks very smart. I will be buying some as well.
  10. I can only echo what Cragus said.. Good luck England.. NAWT!!
  11. My UK one is exactly the same.
  12. What happened between Eddz350 and yourself Cragus? I vaguely remember the post a while back. Do you have a link? Cheers
  13. Touché. I used to own it before Andlid You fairly like a knob that has been around don't ya?
  14. Would it be worth declaring an ECU flash?
  15. I've got the itch for different car.. But I will definately find it very hard to say goodbye to this car, as its been great. I will have a look at Pistonheads to see if I can guage a rough price.
  16. Is it stock wheels you have? do your tyres have decent read on them?
  17. I have been thinking about parting with my zed for a few weeks now. I am wondering how much I should be asking for it, before I put up a for sale thread. I bought the car last November from a forum member on here (MWTech) who is a trader on this site. A few other members can vouch for it being a good straight car. 2003 (53 registered) Gunmetal GT, with Rays and Alzean leather. 52k miles All MOT history from new, and a clean MOT last March. Part Nissan History, and I put it through a P2 service in December at Nissan at 47k miles. Windows professionally tinted Like new Nismo exhaust that has covered roughly 7k miles. Exedy clutch and fidanza flywheel replaced at roughly 38k miles. Brakes were replaced at 40+ k miles with new grooved disks on the back. Good Bridgestone tyres all round. Car has been detailed by myself, and the paintwork (apart from the front bumper) is in excellent condition for a car it's age. I will probably remove the exhaust prior to the sale. BAD POINTS, REGARDLESS OF HOW SMALL, IM JUST BEING HONEST Slight wear on driver's bolster and gear knob, nothing too excessive. Alloys have slight kerbing to them.. caused by previous owner to MWTech. The front bumper could do with a respray due to stone chips. This car has been used mainly as a commuting car by myself and Martin (Mwtech) and it has not been thrashed. Cheers guys.
